Great customer service! Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful from Jeff on the phone the day before and the 2 ladies in the office the day of pick up.

Bill M.You have to maintain safety on your equipment,! I picked up the tow dolly up and drove it 5 miles home, when I got home I noticed a huge spot of rubber missing from tread. So after I did an inspection on the equipment, I noticed the wiring harness was worn and not working... I check lights and nothing worked, I used it anyways because I needed to.... I think the tow dolly needs to be repaired by uhaul

Dawn L.Truck was very dirty and even had a USED mask right on the console from the previous renter. We had to spend a good part of an hour disinfecting the truck before loading it. It was disgusting and looked as though it had NEVER been cleaned. During the virus you would think that uhaul would take special precautions and make it mandatory to clean and sanitize every truck. The fact that we spent $500 on a truck that we had to clean and sanitize ourselves is absolutely rediculous.

Although I had completed all of the online 'quick checkout' information, I was asked for most of it again. The process took me an additional 15 minutes to complete the process for the rental. The equipment was not at the location I was checking in at, but it was a little further down the road.
