JOSHUA BThere was one person on staff and 10 people queued up ALL with 9AM appointments. It took almost two hours to drive off in the vehicle after checking in for my 9am appointment. None of this was the fault of the only employee on staff, Dottie, who was a total victim of management's bad planning, but managed to remain calm, patient, kind, and informative throughout the ordeal. You're lucky to have her. Get your acts together.

GEORGE GThis is not the fault of the location, but Uhaul made us return the trailer 45 minutes from our home, instead of the much closer location in La Quinta. It was very inconvenient. Also, the location (or maybe Uhaul) did not make note that we had returned the trailer and I got a call from Uhaul 2 weeks later asking where it was. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

KERI FWhen I pulled in, there was a guy outside the office and I asked if I could drop off a trailer. He said sure and pointed me to a space next to a U-Haul truck. As I was unhitching the trailer, a woman came out yelling at me that I had to take the trailer to Cathedral City since she'd had a long day, too many trailers and was working overtime. I told her I had to drive to LA that night and Cathedral City is 10 miles in the wrong direction. My contract clearly stated I was to drop it at her location and I was not going to hook it back up and haul it to another city because she had a long day. This is the second time I have dealt with this same woman when I dropped a trailer in Palm Springs and she has been rude and nasty both times. All my other experiences with U-Haul employees have been great. Will not rent again to bring a trailer to PS if I have to deal with her. She is terrible.

BRENDA PThe place smelled like a cat kennel. Very very strong odor. Trigged my asthma. Also the attendant was super rude and short. I asked what was going on, was she having a bad day and she blamed it on being busy with too many customers

KARL EThe woman that helped us was seriously nice and amazing. She was busting her butt while the guy that was there did seemingly nothing. The building however, smelled like cat urine and there were a bunch of cats just running around. Rental time was 9am and we didn't get in the unit until 9:58. Maybe the guy could've actually helped and it wouldn't have taken so long. Would not recommend overall, but that lady definitely needs a pay raise. She was fantastic. The guy needs to quit, what the heck was he doing anyways, nothing.
