Fix the online system so it doesn't take over an hour to return the vehicle. App did not work right at all. Very frustrating.

Deborah L.I had no issues with the location but the UHaul app kept crashing or wouldn't load. I had to do the return like 5 times and I was in a schedule so it was extremely frustrating. I hope that gets fixed
