WAYNE NThe service is excellent and very efficient. However, there are lots of additional extras in their price, for example, charging you per mile. Turns out its not that cheap, but it is good.

Sandra BI will be contacting Uhaul more formally to issue my complaint. In short, I lost $170 because this location didn't have the truck that I reserved and spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to check in the truck once it arrived so I can eventually get back to my movers who waited an hour for my return. Other people renting vehicles at that location at that time were all having the same issue and we were chasing employees around to be assisted and to remind them that we were still waiting every 15 minutes.

amir sThe gentleman who ran the place was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I was supposed to pick up my Uhaul in Venice. LA was a 30-minute commute, which we were not anticipating. We were also told that a dolly was not guaranteed.Very disappointed in the last minute change with Uhaul.

drake dVehicle engine light is on. The steering wheel of the car is old and has worn off.
Young BThe only issue was they didn't have the equipment needed. He gave us a choice between a dolly and a carpet dolly because the guy said he didn't have enough. We had to purchase a carpet dolly to make our move easier and truck smelled really bad.

drake dThe person at the location was extremely rude and the pickup truck was dirty. Smelled like smoke and there was blunt wrappers and an old smoothie in the truck as well as melted rubberband on the seats. The car had a big scratch at pick up.

No one at location even 30 minutes before closing having to do a self drop off on the phone. Took 10 min for website to work as it will not load and was not due to reception issues.

drake dThis location was filthy and located in an area that was densely populated with homeless people running around the outside of the property. I had one person run in front of the rental vehicle as I was driving, appearing as if they were hoping I would have hit them. The key drop off was not easy to find. When looking at the picture in the application, it shows a key box to place the key in, however, the key needed to be given to the person at the store. The key drop off box was not easily visible. This location was also a one hour drive away from my move-in location, and this was the closest location I was able to choose from.

Richard PThe place is dirty and messy. Yet, the one person that works there is a very nice gentleman. Now, I got there at 9:30, for a 10am pickup. I didn't leave the place until 10:40. This location needs serious cleaning and staffing. It's an old car mechanics shop. Old tools, oily rags, dirt and grim all over. Hard to stand in line, but I did, for 40 minutes.

Reyna EUnfortunately, the owner of this location was very rude and not helpful when it came to problem-solving. Some of the equipment I reserved wasn't available at the location, leading to some of my furniture breaking on the move. Overall a poor experience. There are way better U-Haul Locations.

drake d1st vehicle was dirty and radio did not work. I had already filled up the gas tank when I requested a new truck. Owner was very nice and gave me half a tank of gas. However, I still needed to put $30 of gas in the newer truck., which I shouldn't have needed to. I would recommend this location because the owner really tried to help as much as possible; nice kind man
