Once you turn on to the street, it is difficult to get to the building due to the entire street having huge pot holes! You have to drive very slow, or damage your car. This was terrible!

The Equipoment was great and well maintained and the associate was extra helpful and knowledgeable but unfortunately i can not recommend because of this location. The neighborhood is a bit unsettling for some that would not be comfortable and the roads to and from to get in and out are dilapidated. But all in all my experiences was a breeze.

Gabriel RIt's a little bit tucked off but it is drop off site. Gates prolly open just go in there after confirmation of drop off and drop keys in Home Depot bucket. Jk haha. I'm the locked box on front of building.

Alicia HMake sure the trucks are serviced on a regular basis. The truck I rented was slow and it tilted when hitting bumps. Not the best of trucks I have rented from U-haul
LaToya WI was called by U-Haul representative when I was waiting in line at 2801 Tulane Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119 to inform that the reservation for a truck and motorcycle trailer was no longer available. The representative found a U-Haul at location 5757 Lewis Rd New Orleans, LA 70126. I was please with the gentleman at this location.

Randolph WThis location was new and the employee was very inexperienced.... He took over an hour to complete my rental and he also never checked my tow dolly back in after I dropp it off...... Very horrible experience
