There were only two trucks at the location. The first one would not close tightly with the drop-down door in the back of it so we got the other truck which worked fine.

The location where we were supposed to pick it up didn’t have a truck for us they said they were all local so we had to pick it up at a different location waited two hours what a waste of money and time Had to pay for a two day rental just because it was out of town when I only needed it for one day oh well had to move my son 3 hours away and didn’t have another way to get it done so disappointing $240 later

Patrick went out of his way to get the trailer that I had requested elsewhere. The Les Paul location dropped the ball and had zero customer service or follow up. Patrick got me the trailer I needed and his follow up and willingness to go the extra mile was great. I will only rent from his location in the future. Excellent customer service, effort and delivered on what he thought he could do. Awesome job.

I scheduled the pick up for one location and was sent to a this location across town. I picked up a 10' truck for a one way trip to North Carolina. The check engine light was on, when I got the vehicle. I pointed it out to the dealer, who told me not to worry about it. I spent the next 6 hours on the phone with UHAUL speaking to multiple people before a got a vehicle that could be driven to North Carolina. Do not use this location for a truck rental. Go to the UHaul on Les Paul Pkwy.

There was a closer location to me that I don't understand why I couldn't pick the truck up from there and I thought all trucks came with ramps which made my project more difficult.

The pickup was easy. Going through the hoops booking it online was a.bit.of.a.hassle.

Refrigerator dolly not available after speaking with agent who assured me he would have one. Return of vehicle was difficult because of software. Regional agent was helpful.

My trailer was not connected properly and fell off. Luckily it did do damage or kill anyone. This needs to be corrected at every single location. It's a dangerous practice. The trailer leaked water onto my belongings. I wasn't happy about the experience overall. .

Just a gas station. I gave the keys to the clerk and she said ok. I asked if that was all and she said yes. Felt weird, but it wasn't bad.

The app and the website make it sound like you can unlock the keys using the app. However, at this location, you need to go inside and speak to the clerk. That was not communicated anywhere. The other concern is that one of the U-haul trucks is in a position where it can get parked-in by another parking stall for the gas station. This did happen to us; we had to wait for a man to buy an item from the gas station and then drive away, before the U-haul truck could be driven away. The clerk was very nice, however.

I pre-registered online but it didn't work. The person who was at the register was nice but not trained properly. It took me 25 minutes to get the truck, which had a bunch of junk food on the floor and 1/2 tank of gas even though this location is a BP gas station!

I wish I could have kept the truck the full 24 hours. Having to return in 4 hours really put too much pressure on my moving and I am already stressed enough with the move. The only reason I would not recommend is because of the lack of not being able to rent for 24 hours and still having to pay for the 24 hour rate.
