The bed of the truck I rented had oil, grease, and dirt all over. The floor was dirty, slippery, and quite dangerous. This condition existed prior to my use. Sheets and blankets were placed on the bed's floor to cover up the oil and dirt as well as to reduce how slippery and dangerous it was. UHC of North Central NJ Regional Traffic Office, 973.419.6680 was contacted immediately upon discovering the oil, dirt, and slippery conditions that existed in the truck's bed.
Brad CHorrible. Was charge for safe trip when I said I don’t want it and I was charged a late fee even tho I was told I had 24 hours with the truck and it went from 45 to 75 dollars
Richard BThe truck was OK, but the transmission was flakey - hard to get into Park and different gears. Also, suspension was very soft.

MARK ZPoor experience. I reserved 20 ft truck, two-wheel utility hand cart, and furniture pads. The truck was there but not the other items. Gentlemen at counter didn't seem to know what he had and what he didn't have in in the shop. I had to go to another u-haul rental for my missing items. Not how i ought to be spending my time on a loading and moving day.

DAMIEN Lthe truck definitely needed a ramp that was not provided, I would not rent another truck without a ramp
