The dealer is in a dusty area and windshield was very filthy. The rest of the truck was clean inside and the cargo area was clean. Over all a good rental with pleasant attendants.

The lights on the trailer worked fine for a couple of hours and then something about the carriage broke and I had to call one of your people to come and fix it in Arlington Texas. They were fabulous! Everybody was helpful as usual You Haul is my go-to for hauling.

Adam BThis was not my drop-off location. When I arrived at my drop-off location, UHaul did not have my location listed in "the computer." My paperwork, email, and confirmation listed the drop-off location on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC, but "the computer" had my drop-off location listed as another location on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC. This caused a lengthy delay in my return. This failure by UHaul is further evidenced by the fact this survey shows a drop-off location in Drumright, OK. This was a big negative experience which will make me very reluctant to rent anything from UHaul next time. You can do better than this. My ratings above do not reflect Drumright's service as I did not work with them, the only reason I selected them is to ensure the survey allows you to read this.

Robin A10' truck ran smooth with no issues for 150 miles. I hauled a queen size bed and head & foot board. Don't forget straps. Registration was easy to do and the associates knew exactly how to answer all my questions.
