The cost. Rented for two days at a cost of $30 a day. Ended up having to pay over $167. I don't like this. Huge price jump.

The manager was UBER helpful in explaining the terms and conditions of the contract and other advice I found very helpful.

We were not happy with the communication of this rental. I did not know I had to go to the Lenoir location until 8:00 when my reservation was scheduled for pick up in Boone and that's when I was informed. I was on the phone with customer service twice and they said they communicated the change in pick up location to me, but I never received a call, voicemail, text, or email. It was very inconvenient because the drive to Lenoir is 45 minutes. So we spent an hour and a half of our time on our moving day that was out of our control. We were not happy with the lack of communication and organization.

I hired through your web site 2 helpers for 6 hours. Sanders Movers were the company. I had to pay them up front $545 and they never showed up and I had to pack this truck and unpack alone. It's a scam and I'm calling Visa, my bank, U haul and my attorney.

The pickup and drop off locations were awsome but uhaul customer service sucks horribly bad.

I was reprimanded the whole check in because he had to come up from Hickory. Don't have a business if you don't want to help the customer. Check in had to be his time an hour later than what I had asked.

We were absolutely and completely satisfied with Dry Ponds. But we were given ample storage space onsite at the Hub building. The people who ran the storage units were awesome! They were easy to deal with and very friendly. The ease of getting in and out couldn't have been any easier. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to store their belongings!

Do not rent or pickup from this location!. The owner was rude. The truck had not been cleaned or checked from the last rental and was not ready for us. He told us he didn't have to rent to us if we didn't like it besides he doesn't make any money from uhaul anyway.

The truck smelt funny and the smell got into some of my clothes that were in boxes on the tuck. I also feel like there should have been more communication in regards to when my location pickup for the Uhaul was switched.

Controlled gate access and well lit for security. Units are easily accessible and clean.

I was 2 hours late dropping off trailer. So they charge me a whole extra day 30 dollars. And then he didn't even come out to unhook trailer. I had to unhook trailer my self and lift off of hitch myself. I'm 60 years old ! Very unprofessional never use them again. Save your time and money and go with a different company! Jim P

Very nice clean place only thing was the way they gave the deposit money back. It was in a personal check! He said it was how he kept a record of the money he returned to customers. I didn't pay him
