Uhaul online allowed a second person to rent the same truck I had rented. Uhual customer service was terrible. THEY FAILED TO HELP THE LOCATION OPERATOR, THE OTHER CUSTOMER OR MYSELF. The online system and help beyond the location operator will encourage me to look for other truck rentals in the future!

There was prior damage on the van. I took pictures but it was not brought up. Maybe walk around the van so both parties agree with any prior damage. Might save some disagreements in the future. Overall, everyone was polite and friendly. Good experience.

again, not the first indicated drop off point. My initial paperwork indicated another drop off point but when i went there, they said it was this location and that if i didn't drop it here, there might be an additonal charge. When i did get here to duck's, the lady was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

No issues with the facility. However, your mobile rental app is not very user friendly and it took us almost 45 minutes to get the vehicle once we arrived to pick it up. It was reserved online. Also local rental use to be no mileage charged. Your truck was advertised at $39,95 per day so for 2 days what would be about $80.00. It cost me $191 for two days. I have rented many uhauls over the years but I think this was my last time.

It'd be nice if trailers had tongue jacks. We were emptying a house over several days and would of been nice if we could have left trailer there. We had to take it every time we had to go somewhere in truck. Don't think we will use one of your trailers again just because of that.
