jim mInformation provided on drop off location said they were open until 4:00 on Saturday, posted location hours said 2:00. For after hours drop off, it would be helpful to have your return website url at key drop box with a QR code to access. This information was hard to find on my rental agreement using my phone.
Kellie JWhile our U haul truck was great and we had a marvelous moving experience , when we returned the truck in Parry Sound, the app didn't work and the lot was not open. No one answered the call we made until contact was made on Monday. We have been charged an additional 2 days including insurance when the truck sat on your lot in Parry Sound! I am very unhappy.

DWAYNE LOnly negative was the call from U Haul telling me that the arranged drop off location was " full of trailers" and I should return the trailer to the pick up location when finished. This was not possible for me to do. When I arrived at the drop off location. There were three (3) trailers there of two different types. The return lot was huge and essentially empty. This lie was offensive as it attempted to put UHaul's inventory control ahead of my convenience as a customer. Bad optics, bad practice.

Christa SWe received an invoice charging our credit card for 2 extra days of rental plus extra mileage. The mileage was correct but the 2 days was not. I called and they explained a glitch in system and fixed it. We didn't go into the building so no comment about cleanliness. A sidenote...the key didn't drop down right away. I had to put my hand in and push it down further.

Douglas VOnly issue I had was that the licence plate on the trailer did not match the one on the website. That issue was resolved for me quickly and service was excellent.

Chris GI was extremely disappointed in the lack of availability of larger trucks for a 500km radius. Then on the day of pick up the customer returning the truck I was renting was over an hour late. I then had to wait that time and made everyone else who was helping me move wait. The person working at the pick up location was wonderful and did everything she could to assist me (everything was out of her hands) however I believe U-Haul should have compensated me slightly for the overdue rental that I had to wait for. I will not be renting from U-Haul in the future.

Brian JAlthough your local afiliat, Duns Parry sound Self Storage, was exemplary with their service. Your "Traffic " part of your organization, and your company policies, gets a failing grade. 3 times I booked a 6x12 trailer online, in different locations. And three times, traffic called and could not supply, at the last minute. This had a bad impact on my plans to move items. Why would you take a booking when you can't supply. A booking should be guaranteed. But obviously it's not. Hard to take your company seriously. To improve your service- do not take bookings if you cannot supply.

Mark rIt's a great location with great people, everytime I needed a rental. Any issues I have ever run into were usually mild and due to customers or people who wanted rentals but we're unfamiliar with the fact you schedule your rental before showing up if you 100 % NEED something that day.

KATHY BLocation was great and the people were friendly and helpful. U-Hauls website however is very confusing and at the end of the day, does not make any sense. I had to keep a truck for a week to get a better rental rate even though the website indicated I could pay the weekly fee and return it after 2 days if I so desired. If I returned it earlier, my fees went up, how does that make any sense?

Marilyn PThis is the best moving experience I've ever had. I wish the moving part was as easy as the rental of the brand new 2023 Ford 250 Van. I made 5 short trips. Enjoyed driving the van more than moving. I also rented a furniture dolly. What a great idea. It make the move so much easier when you have a distance to move your furniture. Why carry it when you can just push it on the cart. The customer service was Excellent, the best in a long time. Enjoyed the experience very much. Actually had a few laughs. This was perfect for moving on a rainy day. I was able to put a queen bed, couches etc. No problem at all. Perfect for moving locally and I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you very much.
