This was not a quick and easy pickup. I stood for 40 minutes while the clerk scanned and re-scanned my license. The location did not have the Appliance Dolly I requested and had no idea what an appliance dolly was. Use another U-Haul rental if you are short on time or patience!
LEAH DI was charged for Safe Move although I declined it along with the other add-on charges. UHaul needs to stop making it so easy to pay above your advertised rates. The default selection should be no extra, not yes extra. Yes, it sneaks you more money but it is a form of deception and a poor business practice. Set your rates and let people decide.

Gary BThis location was just a pick up point. The reservation was made by neighborhood uhaul who was great. The online and app were terrible and did not work properly costing me almost 4 hours of aggravation and cut 4 hours out of my use. I did not need the 4 hour but it pushed off our loading time to early afternoon verses 10 AM. The locations business hours said they would be open at 10 and they never showed so the the phone rep had to work us around the online system after being on hold for 30 minutes plus the earlier issue with the app. All the people we dealt with on the phone were fantastic. The app and online stuff was a mess and partly due to location finding. The truck looked nice but the door seals were loose and interior really loud.

raymon uThe truck was relatively clean, but the check engine light came on less than a mile away from the pick up location. Also, do not try to schedule a pick up before they open at 10 AM. You will be stuck in the parking lot waiting for them to get there. We had a guarantee to pick up at 9 AM, but did not actually get to leave with the truck until 10:15.

Alexander CFirst time i used this location but it was close and convenient and not use many miles. Girl at counter was nice and respectful. But the issues were...Truck door wouldn't shut correctly, had a big gap like someone had hit something before or tried to break in. Driving down the road fearing it gonna come open, hearing the wind whistling in the door jam. Also charged a $25 cleaning fee and it wasn't dirty. In the same condition at drop off as pick up. Which it wasn't sparkly clean when I got it but what u would expect for a rental. From google research I seen store keeps that fee so I assume that why and how they make money off of it. So a small 15 ft uhaul cost 82 bucks. That makes u not wanna gas it up before u take it back cause ur gonna get charged alot already and that enough to cover it in my opinion. I never paid so much for a intially $30 rental. In the future I will bypass this one and go to my usual place even though it a little farther away in town im good with that.
candace cThe only downside with trying to get a Uhaul is that they do not make it known that they do not have a vehicle available in your area but instead try to make you go out father than where you live to obtain the vehicle that you was requesting. Instead of charging you the price of the vehicle that you placed on hold they want to upcharge the vehicle that they have on hand. They also charge a cleaning fee for a vehicle that was cleaned.
Tiffany JWe were at the location at 10am when they opened. The person who opened the store turned the open lights on, I walked into the facility and he told me he was still trying to wake up so he would be with me in a minute. He then proceeded to step outside and smoke an entire cigarette before coming back in to help me. Then when he came back in and started to help me he told me after several minutes that they must not have any hand trucks even though I had appliance dolly reserved for more than a week. Didn't offer to contact anybody, just said he wouldn't charge me for it. So I then had to contact U-Haul myself about the dolly and drive to a second location to get one. I was given $7 off the cost of the dolly for my trouble which was not at all enough given my inconvenience. Then once the dolly rents was picked up from the second location they scheduled me to return it to a different location then the truck for some reason. I turned them in with the truck. When I turned the truck in I was charged for 3 extra miles (going to get the hand trucks) and I was charged for 4 gallons of fuel despite the fact that I put $28 of fuel in it and it was ready just above 3/4 tank when i turned it in and that matched where it was when I picked it up. This experience was far below acceptable.

Jason LWhen using your phone to check in and out the Wi-Fi service is not good. Wish they had a guess Wi-Fi available when picking up.
Terry W2 employees gave conflicting info on rental process: female on phone did mot encourage online reservations.Male in store too impatient and insisted onclosing/locking up early. When i finalized things 2 days later, Becky was *very* helpful and kind. She was also there on return. Unfortunately the truck did not have the receiver for towing we needed and we jad to make last !inute alternative arrangements. It turned out am expensive truck for the few boxes we were moving.

Michael GIt's a resale shop. My rental was moved from my original location with no notice to me. When I went to pick it up, I was told the pick up location was moved and I had to travel to the resale shop.
