The problem was all the uhaul contacts wanting me to fill stuff out and the web sites didn't even work. I tried to reserve a similar truck weeks ago and I received a call telling me I had to go out of town to get the same truck I just looked at. The local uhaul location isn't a problem but everything else uhaul has got going on is a joke. Since my experience, I've talked to several other people who have had the same ridiculous experience.

Tom ATHIS WAS NOT WHERE THE ORIGINAL LOCATION OF PUCK UP SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WE HAD TO GO OUT OF IR WAY TO PUCK IP TRUCK. TRIED FOR 2 hours to reach customer service with NO LUCK!! Will not be using U-Haul again!!!!!!

Shawn SMy original pickup was at CC Dryland. , we get there and he tells me I don't have a truck . Then his fix was you need to call Uhaul. I was mad at this point because he did nothing to fix the problem. So after calling uhaul I had to drive to to the next town to get a truck . If this is what call customer service then your company suck ! I believe that the man in Ashville Ohio is using the trucks for his own contacting company. The reason I think this is he tells me "probably a contractor using to move cabinets with it " . Your company needs to check on this guy . Oh , he also told me "he checked Sunday and truck was not there" . Why didn't call me ? , and tell me there mite be a problem. My over all experience was stressful for no reason . I believe that the man in ashville should have paid for my rental for putting me and my family though this !

Kerry BFurniture dolly and regular dolly was to come with the truck But there was none available and I really needed them. They should make sure all dollies needed are available when renting the truck
christa lThe truck was not maintained well, it was having trouble starting when I first picked it up, I made one trip then stopped for gas. When trying to leave the gas station the truck wouldn't start. I had to have someone come and pick me up to drive me to the place where I rented it from. I walked in and told the person working that the truck was broke down, he said "well what's wrong with it" then gave me a phone number to call for Uhaul. I waited for roadside assistance and they fixed the truck, I didn't have time to finish my move so I took the truck back and no one offered to Reimburse me for the day or offer an alternate rental day for a discount or anything, I was massively inconvenienced and didn't get to finish my move because of this. I feel like someone should have made it right,

NANCY MThis is the fourth time in a year's time that I have rented a U-Haul. I rent them for business purposes. I am curious to know if U haul has any sort of "frequent flyer" program.... I will need another one in less than two weeks....
JACOB PMale sure the trucks are clean and items placed back. My truck had trash and the moving blankets and dolly was just laying on the bed. I sure hope I am not charged for these items.who I didn't even use them.

Brooklyn FI won't be recommending uhaul at all to anyone. I was told I had a reservation for a truck a few blocks away. Instead, 24 hours before I was set to pick up, Uhaul moved my pick up 45 minutes away from where it should have been. This added 1,5 hours to our already long day. We were given no real concessions or apologies. I even had to pay for the gas for the extra 30 miles. I will never use uhaul again, because you are unreliable and when you say I have a reservation, you don't actually mean it. This is not the kind of company I want to give my money to.
William FI've been a U-Haul customer for many years, often using daily rentals. For this rental U-Haul demanded multiple references to rent a beat-up, cheap trailer with broken lights. I was insulted. If I hadn't made plans around having the trailer I would have told the counterman to pound sand. I know U-Haul probably doesn't care about driving away the $20 daily rental business, but I will remember this and I am telling everyone I know.

Scott FWent to this location to get a truck, was told they didn't have any so we got another one at another location but could not use it due to the previous driver bending the rim. The manager at that location told us he called another location and they had our truck, got there and they didn't have it so had to go to a forth location before my fiancées dad went back to this place and got a truck after we where already told they didn't have any.

karen gLocation and staff is great. Dynahoe Equipment folks were awesome! Friendly and super helpful. I have no issue with the location. Convenient location and easy to drop off the truck. I DO have an issue with UHaul specifically. The price I ended up paying was significantly higher than expected. I selected this location for its convenience and was able to book the pick up delivery round trip via the UHaul website. After reservation confirmation I received a call from U-Haul stating this was a 1 way location only. The other location is Ashville was the same way. At no time did anyone tell me there was a price difference let alone an increase. You advertise $19,95 on the trucks. Not what I got. Sneaky UHaul. When I picked up the truck, I learned my price was over $130 for a few hours' use because it was not a round trip usage. THERE WERE NO ROUND TRIP PICK UP/DROP OFF LOCATIONS IN MY AREA, YET I WAS NOT TOLD OF THE PRICE INCREASE. I was also not told, nor did I see it on the website (which I used to book my reservation in the beginning) that the price was other than $19,95 plus mileage. When I called U-Haul for clarification they quoted me a different daily rate and $.99 per mile. Again NOT ON THE WEBSITE WHEN I BOOKED THE TRUCK. I thought using UHaul would save me money, but this was beyond saving money. It's rigged in my area and I CAN ASSURE YOU I WON'T USE UHAUL AGAIN. BE CLEAR WITH YOUR INFORMATION. STOP HIDING RATES AND SURPRISING CUSTOMERS WITH HIGHER RATES WHEN THEY ARE COMMITTED TO USING THE TRUCK. BAD BUSINESS. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER UHAUL.
