Have enough dolleys on hand to fulfill the rental request
Ramiro TThis place is next to a gas station, but the tank was empty with only 46 miles showing till Empty. The truck needs maintenance on the front suspension. It smelled like wet dog and cigarettes inside. The last person that rented it left the back of it with trash and it was dirty.

JOSE GNeed to have attendant available or a uhaul drop box. It was difficult to get the attention of an attendant. Need improvement on customer service.
ALFREDO HI had a terrible experience with UHaul in Harlingen. I was assigned to pick up my truck off Rangerville Rd at MoveIt Storage and they were closed! No way to get my truck. I had to drive to another UHaul location off Ed Carey Drive and they were amazing because the general manager found me a truck in Brownsville. He even called their location to make sure that they were open. Upon arrival in Brownsville I had excellent customer service. I will think twice about using uhaul in the future due to the 2 hour delay and having to drive 40 minutes to another city to pick up my truck.

Anthony SSo i ask the representative at the beginning of my trip if the equipment was full on gasoline. She said yes i just checked it. When i got on the vehicle i notice it was 3/4 of the tank full. I didnt make fus about since i was on a hurry. But yeah she definitely lied or she was incompetent on her job. Other than that the vehicle was great.
