Nothing to improve. Bree was excellent and extremely helpful. Everything went much smoother than usual and this was an overall great experience.

Deborah NI was assigned a 20' instead of a 26' truck. Then I had to call customer service to resolve. I ended up being a hour behind schedule. The truck inside of the windshield was dirty and difficult to see out of. The truck drove very rough especially around 35 mph. It seemed it had a suspension issue. I was very concerned about taking it an hour away over a mountain.

George BI appreciated their help/recommendations in attempting to sort out towing with our pickup (Toyota Tacoma, which was missing the required wiring). I was also impressed with their flexibility in getting us into a truck when the trailer didn't work out. Exceptional service all around.

JON FApp check-in was laborious. The app kept telling me that my GOS said I was not at the location. I was. I had to download a GOS spoofing app to convince the UHaul app I was there so I could proceed with checkin.

TENESHA WThere was a locked gate that we didn't have the access code to, and there were no visible instructions for us to know how to get into the gated area to drop off the truck. we had to wait until someone came out of the gate and quickly piggy back in.

Joyce SStarted with 1/4 gas. Was required to return with full tank, which I did. I should only need to pay for what gas I used, and I certainly did not use $80 worth of gas in two trips from Staunton to Waynesboro.

Bonnie gThey charged us $3120 instead of the $500 we owed. They said they accidentally charged us for the wrong trucks miles. It overdrafted our bank account by thousands of dollars and has left us without money for food/gas/Necessities for the next "3-5 business days" with NO apology. The girl we called didn't care and wouldn't help us. Disgusting customer service and insane that they aren't more careful when taking peoples money.

VANESSALEIGH BMake it easier to return after hours. Let customer know ahead of time what they need to do when returning truck. I had no internet connection until I got home. Had already dropped the key in the box and didn't know to take pictures. Went back and took pictures of the outside of the truck. Took HOURS to get a hold of Uhaul I called about 5x,left a call back # and was hung up on when they called me back and had to go through the whole process again

Bobbie RGeneral Manager Bree was so helpful and a pleasure. She helped me with the paperwork and explained the process of returning the truck. Speaking of returning the truck, at first my cell phone would not take the pictures required. I didn't know what to do, but then the phone started taking them. I suggest to customers that they allow time to figure out the process if they are unfamiliar with it.

ANTHONYALEXANDER DShe discounted due to having to go way out my way to pick up. But she should have made sure all the lights were functional before I left the lot. Brake and signal lights worked but the running lights were non functional which cost me three hours waiting for daylight so I could start my trip north.
Anthony BPick up was a mess. It took 20minutes on the phone to pick up the vehicle. Uhaul's self check in process was terrible and did not work causing manual override.

Jeremy DThis was my 2nd experience with this facility and the personnel were very attentive to my needs and made the rental process fast and easy. There was miscommunication as far as the insurance when I alerted them they had the fee returned to my credit card. I would recommend.

Vanessa BI was pleased with the rental of a Van for 4 days. The office manager was very polite and informative and she made the experience a lot better. I would recommend family or friends to this vendor.
KEITHBLAINE SI was charged 2,73 for a couple miles over but brought the truck back with 25$ in extra fuel. That sucks.
Brenda MLet me start by saying the General Manager was wonderful! She made sure I received clean furniture blankets and was friendly. I did self check in and out. A couple of glitches there. The van was quite a ways from the keys so be prepared for a hike in both directions. Take good photos of the cleanliness! The van was filthy. I had to use blankets I rented to protect white furniture from heavy dirt and gravel. When I said it was not clean upon return I got charged a cleaning fee which I disputed since I did not dirty it. After three days and thanks to pics I took Uhaul agreed with me and did not charge fee. Bottom line. Be prepared for inconvenience and possibly dirty interiors of rental equipment. Maybe if you do personal pickup it is better?
Michelle WMy only complaint is a corporate one we had to extend our rental days d/t problems with unloading. I disagreed the last time as well as I do no, I don't want to pay the extra insurance for the daily rental when the truck is in my yard. I am just unloading at my home why should I have to pay extra insurance. It cost me money I didn't have to spend. Could you change this policy once the person has reached the destination
