booked a trailer in columbia mo the day before it was cancelled had to drive 30 more miles to get a trailer, that place was good and so was delivery place in persia tn

Royce PaytonWe didn't make it to the drop off location because the truck quit shifting. We had to unload the truck contents from the road and carrying across the parking lot into the townhouse. This was very inconvenient in that we couldn't back up the truck by the front door to use the ramp to unload household contents. The service guy that was sent by U-Haul said the belt was applied wrong, causing it to melt which didn't allow the truck to shift. He said it was at no-fault of us, and that we would not have been responsible even if we didn't take out the extra insurance. The U-Haul truck had to be towed to the drop off location. Because of this inconvenience and extra work created on us, it would be excellent customer service if U-Haul would waive the extra mileage charge that we were not expecting.

Michael NortonWhen a customer has made a reservation for a piece of equipment, such as a trailer, six months in advance if the trailer is not at the location where the customer reserved it - the vendor should provide some level of discount or accommodation to the customer. It is absolutely ridiculous that U-Haul Consistently enables customers to reserve items that consistently are not available at the location where they are reserved. I am an extremely dissatisfied. Customer.

Jim BoyerSlightly confusing on drop off when after hours. The trailer was dropped off anywhere in a field full of all sorts of equipment, both Uhaul and various other pieces of equipment. After dropping the trailer you need to drive to the main office to complete the return. Its on the property but not marked well. Once you find the office, you need to follow the directions on the website which includes pictures of where you left the equipment, the inside and outside of the equipment. The issue is you need to drive back to where you left the equipment and take the pictures. It won't let you use existing pictures previously taken with your phone. Once pictures were submitted then the process is complete. Merci.
