My issue is that my equipment was not available at my desired location. After a call I was instructed to pick up at a facility 30 minutes away from my residence. On the day of pickup, 5 minutes before my arrival, I revived a phone call and was told that some my equipment was not available. After about an hour and half delay I had to travel 10 minutes further away from my residence to pick up my desired equipment. This put me over 40 minutes away from my residence and gave me a late start. The worst part is that I was in such a rush, the employee told me that there was a small dolly inside the trailer, but it turned out to be a large furniture dolly, which was useless to me during my move. I find it hard to believe that none of the closet facilities had my trailer available. I rent a U-Haul in the average of 1-2 times per year and this has been the least satisfying experience that I have had.
BRIAN FThe first rental the place lost the Keys for the truck and never told me until I showed up anger I scrambled to find another truck with no help from U-Haul. The truck we so dirty with road grime and bugs you could not see out the front window. The inside of the truck smell like cigarettes wet dog. I have used U-Haul my entire DoD career but after this experience I will be look for another moving rental company.

SARAH MThe UHaul at this location just blows. The person running it the day I picked up the truck was not trained. The local guy did everything on the app, and he still had to call support. Returning the truck was worse. Returned truck on the phone, because even with all permissions enabled the app still would not see my location (closed at time of return). U Haul rep blamed my phone for the crappy app. I had to send a dash photo by email. Then, after returning the vehicle, it remained active on my account. Called back today to ask why. U Haul 'Britany' rep immediately said, "You claim you returned it...." BS.
Eugene WThe whole experience of picking up the trailer was awful. I reserved the trailer 3 weeks in advance, I drove to the pick up location 30 min away. They don't have the trailer; say they never had my reservation. They call UHAUL and the individual finds another location with a trailer, but they won't call the location. They say the customer can call! Very poor customer service. Drive 45 min to the second location, no fault of the owner because she was not expecting my, but I have to wait for her to show up to get the trailer. Once we get the trailer the left brake and left turn signal don't work. I have to call the roadside assistance number for them to send a repairman out. The repairman was great, fixed the problem right away. The people on the ground at both locations and the repairman were all great. The people at UHAUL corporate suck. They screwed up the reservation from the beginning and then weren't willing to make it right and expected the customer to figure it out.
Geoffrey EWe had a very good experience with picking up and dropping off the cargo trailer. Young lady was very helpful with exposing stuff and wild answer any calls when we would call.
