Julien JohnsonMy frustrations with this location aren't necessarily with the location, but instead using uhauls website at this location. The cell service there is very poor and you can't use the uhaul app (at least allowing your pictures and check-in to save and be uploaded later when you have connection). I spent a considerable amount of time, in the rain, retaking photos and trying to get them to upload before I just left.

DAVID MOBLEYMake it easier to submit a claim when you have a blow out on Sunday and not wait 45 minutes for you to answer the phone and then several hours for your authorized representative. Called someone else and now you wont pay anything for the inferior tire that you had on your vehicle

Shawn ReedFirst, I asked to return at a different facility. This facility is :19 minutes outside of town. Upon my return, nobody greeted me (just stared and waited for me to talk). I mentioned that I had a U-Haul to return and a guy said "you can drop it out there." Unfortunately, the trailer is slightly heavy for one person to remove in the mud in a downhill slope. It took me quite a while to get unhooked. I'm sure they got a kick out of watching. No return process, no real interest in the U-Haul customer in my opinion. I would not use this facility again, I'd rather drive it all the way back home empty.

Victoria SwearnginI ordered a 20 foot truck. My 24/7 reservation said one was available. I didn't get a call from U-Haul the day before so I stopped by the pickup location and rep said no 20 foot truck was available so got 26 foot truck same price. But had to drive over 300 miles and obviously used more gas and harder to maneuver in town. But can't blame pickup location only uhaul's logistics as a 20 foot truck was located 45 minutes away and I was told I had to go get it.

ACtUALLY this exact same thing happened on the last trailer I rented and returned to Eureka Springs, AR. UHAUL has a problem in this area. San Antonio and Cibolo and Scott City are much better run.

Josh VanzantEverything was great, however it rained on us prior to unloading the truck and discovered that the cab leaks but the handle on the driver's side and somewhere over the upper level deck in the cargo area. Our stuff was not damage but wanted to make you aware for the next person.

MARK SCHNICKPerson debited my credit card account for additional days two days after I dropped the trailer off at their location. We turned it in two days prior to drop off date. I called U-Haul number when we dropped it off. Good thing I have an alert for expenses that are charged to my credit card. I called U-Haul immediately and they said they would credit my account. Thank you for doing that.

Givan Walton-HelmI picked up before they were open. I was having trouble with the phone checkout. I called customer service. The girl didn't know what she was doing. She ended up with the driver as the purchaser,not me. She said she was going to get help from someone and ended up transferring me to someone who knew nothing about what was going on and expected me to start from the beginning again. VERY POOR SERVICE AND EXASPERATING.
