The pick up went great. Very friendly and easy to deal with. However, I was not notified until late morning that my pickup location changed. I had to scramble a bit because of it. Also, there was no trailer jack on the trailer. I had to help the gentleman pick it up by hand to attach to my truck. Later, I had to detach and reattach while loaded. Then, pick it up by myself when I dropped it off. This is not a safe practice. Way too many chances for an injury to occur. PUT A FUCKING TRAILER JACK ON IT!!! Other than that the rental went great. Trailer worked perfect.

Michael R | Expérience généraleAt Eagle Wing self storage, the staff was always friendly and helpful! The storage building is clean, inside and out. Inside the building is air-conditioned. It is well lit at all times with sensor lights. I loved that they had everything I needed from Uhaul renting, locks for the storage, boxes and bubble wrap for purchase. Of all the features, the one I appreciated the most was that it is indoors and air-conditioned. It helps keep your belongings safe from rodents. Oh! There is also a bathroom inside the building.
Liandrea T | Expérience généraleEither have more equipment or personnel to maintain the equipment. Van was turned over to me immediately after last person walked in and dropped keys off, drug paraphernalia, garbage were found and van was in an unclean state.

DAVINA DVery easy to work with and I have no complaints about anything. Besides how loud the security alarm is. Wow it's louder that a tornado warning siren. Lol.

jeff iDefinitely improving customer service, we were sent to a location without a truck so we had to call and have the person reserve us elsewhere and then the man at the location honestly did not have great customer service we had asked him much was something was in there to see if we may purchase those and his responde was " I don't know" and he didn't attempt to even look for the price. Just odd customer service all around.. the truck was great though!

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are professional, helpful, and kind. The facility has cameras everywhere and it extremely clean.
