I have been to this uhaul twice and will keep coming back. The staff is very friendly and helpful and don't try to upsell me. They make things quick and easy and are wonderful!

When you arrive at the location you will be blindsided by a 25 mandatory insurance fee. The gas level was not what they told me it was. The van was loaded with dog hair all over the seats. When you check out they won't provide you with a receipt. They tell you to leave the keys in a basket on the counter. Two days later I still hadn't been emailed a bill/receipt. After two days, I called U-Haul and they informed me that the vehicle hadn't been turned in. After complaining, no one in customer service has explained anything to me. At the point of me writing this no one has contacted me. Last experience with UHaul!!!

Moving truck had dirty sleeping bag in back and dirty clothes. Worker told us that homeless people sometimes sleep in the back of the truck. Not something you want to hear when you are transporting new furniture.

The cab of the vehicle smelled like smoke, has trash left behind, a large box taking up space, ash in the cup holders, and the vehicle was very low on fuel. They also overcharged the mileage fee

Back of truck was not cleaned out and despite booking a mobile pickup I was unable to complete the pickup. I showed up for the time when I booked the reservation and ended up wasting time and having to return 2,5 hours later to get the truck. Very inconvenient when you're on a tight moving schedule.

Customer Service online was terrible and messed up the reservation for 9am setting it for hand pickup when the office doesn't open until 11:30am on Sundays. I specifically requested app pickup. I had to push back moving helpers and it ended up costing me more money. Your website needs to be tested for UI when selecting moving help for loading and unloading at different locations. It was the reason I used the online customer service option. This was a terrible and more expensive experience.

You double charged my card. I was told $70 and then I got an additional charge for a total of $130. The receipt is intentionally deceptive to not tell me what I'm being charged for. This is a sleazy organization and I wouldn't recommend anyone spend money here. Frankly I'm surprised you're still in business because this company should be probably be sued

When I got the vehicle it was parked furthest from the office. The back was open and Homeless people had clearly had a party in the back the night before. It has liquor bottles, fast food waste, cigarette butts, (weed) roaches, etc., that I kicked out into the parking lot. The cab reaked of cigs. I had reserved a dolly, but one wasn't at the store. I was told to go to a different nearby location and get one. But when I arrived they didn't have one either. So I had to go to Home Depot and rent one. It all worked out, but the experience in general is not one I would recommend for someone else.

We rented a pick up truck with only 850 miles on it when we rented it. We were so surprised because it was very dirty and stinky. It smelled and looked several years old. Apparently, this location does not clean the truck or require it to be returned clean. People who previously rented it must have smoked an entire pack at a time rather than waste their time on each individual cigarette. Very filthy interior and exterior. No windshield washer in the reservoir to clean the windows. Very disappointing even by UHaul standards.

ordered a dolly and the dolly wasn't in the uhaul when I went to pick it up. the location didn't open for another 1,5 hours so this was quite frustrating.

The truck came with cig butts in the cup holders and a soda bottle in another cup holder. I wouldn't mind because I only drove it for a few miles but I was charged a cleaning fee after.

The interior of the cab was dirty. The load area was clean. I put 4 miles on the vehicle and was charged for two gallons of fuel - I can't imagine that the vehicle's fuel consumption rate is 2 mpg. Super-easy check-out and check-in. The clerks in the store were very nice. Wish I would've stayed for the check-out instead of just dropping my keys. That might've helped resolve the invoice discrepancies described above.

Reservation was at a different location. For some reason original location did not have the truck size that we reserved. How does that happen? Isn't that what a reservation is for? So they sent us to a location in a different city. I found that unacceptable and called to register my displeasure. The customer service folks helped me by finding a closer location, the location where I ultimately picked up the vehicle after hours. After hours pick up process was difficult to navigate. The biggest problem was that they didn't have the dollies and pads that we requested and paid for. After again going though customer service, they said I could pick up those items the next morning at 09:00. Unacceptable, as I had to meet the movers across town at 08:00. Customer service said to call a reservation line the next morning at 06:00 to find a place that opens at 0700 and has the items that we needed. I called at 0600 the next morning and after being bounced around I finally got ahold of someone who found the dollies and pads that I needed at a nearby location at 07:00. That call, by the way, took 45 minutes. So I hustled to the new place and had to pay for the dolly that I didn't get the night before. Unbelievable! That location, 506 Fesslers Lane was clean and efficient. I will need the $50 refund for the inconvenience of having to go to a different, out of the way location. I will also need a refund for the appliance dolly, furniture dolly and pads that we paid for but didn't get.

When I went to pick up my rental, I was told they had no record of my reservation. I showed an employee an email of my reservation and was told they did not have a van available at that time. They sent me to another location.

I picked up the uhaul with an empty gas tank and both the dash and cup holders were used as ashtrays by the previous user / driver.

The location and staff were great. However the van itself was hard to drive and turn. There was no back up camera and it was impossible to detect cars in the blind spot of the adjacent lanes, making merging into another lane hazardous. I was driving a clumsy truck with 25 year old technology. If u-Haul doesn't upgrade its truck fleet, it will be left behind. The Budget moving trucks are much higher quality.

I reserved 3 dollies and 12 furniture blankets. However, when I arrived to pick up my rental, I was told there weren't any dollies currently available and that maybe I could drive to a different u-haul and see if they have any. There were also no furniture blankets provided. The attendant also accidentally gave me the wrong key and then had to squeegee out the back of the truck, all of which cut into my moving time and made my late for my appointment with the movers.This all should've been handled before I arrived and if what I reserved was no longer available, I should've been notified at least a day in advance so I could make other arrangements. I had to drive to Home Depot and purchase a hand cart, which cost me $80 and was almost completely useless. Their professional moving dollies cost $250...which is why I wanted to rent them from your company in the first place. The move took me about 4 hours longer than I had anticipated due to all the mishaps and having to move one box at a time by hand.

I reserved a van but wasn't informed until I reached the site I couldn't pay with cash. They put me in a truck which was wasn't clean. It was very dirty in the inside with ashes and paper. I took a video of the way it looked.

I was a hit disappointed with my experience. Everyone in the office was awesome and easy to work with, however. The uhaul I received smelled of smoke, was dirty and low on fuel. There were cigarette butts and spilled food on the floor. There was also very little fuel in the tank. I immediately had to fill up. All and all it wasn't a bad experience with the location and the employees but the truck it's self was gross. I was disappointed

I returned my truck after hours and it would have been great to know ahead of time that security would be in the lot - I was unnerved when an unmarked car pulled up and waited behind my truck as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Otherwise, everything was great, thank you.

We had no help with taking off the auto transport, we had to figure it out ourselves. Parking a 26 foot truck was almost impossible.

I dropped my truck off at 10am before the location was open. I then came back to drop the keys at 11:30 when it was open and the door was locked. I waited at the door for about 15 mins and the man didn't give me any confirmation of drop off, and I have yet to receive that. I fear that I will be charged more for late drop off even though I was early.

Reserved a dolly but they said they didn't have any. Your a moving company and you don't have any dolly's despite reserving a month in advance! Not this location fault, but Uhaul changed my pick up time by 2 hours and made me drive a considerable distance to pick up a day before all was scheduled. Thankfully I was able to reschedule moving help at the last minute. This truck was reserved a month in advance!

When I called to make the truck rental reservation, the representative did not provide the nearest drop off location. It was 1/2 hour away when there were several locations within a 2 mile radius. It would be better if the rep took more time to provide this

The drop-off location was changed in original paperwork. Even though it was not the selected drop-off point and when I arrived at the Main St location no one was there and it was 5:00 pm on a Saturday. So dropped key in drop-off hold. Better communication on the front end would help

Honestly what happened Uhaul. I've used your services in the past and had great experiences. But yesterday was the worst. It took hours out of my life. Your employees were slow in speed and cognitive functions. No one was polite. When we went to return our trailer the site was closed and when we called for help the person on the phone said that location will be closed all of September. Even though my contract said for me to return it there. Really really disappointed. Yesterday stole hours from my life.

Make sure that the customer receives the contract in hand and knows to check the fuel level before signing. My contract/receipt was emailed to me, and though I contacted U-Haul service through email as soon as I got home and saw that the wrong amount had been entered (3/4 tank when in reality 5/8) once the contract is emailed apparently it is right and the customer not so much. As a result, for that 1/8 tank difference I have now been charged $15.00, plus a $1,84 "rental tax" (no idea what that's for - certainly not on the gas I didn't put into the tank!!). The actual reading was a bit more than the 5/8, but I don't think that can be shown on the report form.

- my reserved furniture dolly was given away to a customer as I was walking into the location, and the employees seemed to resent that I wanted a refund for it since I did not get one - location did not have the number of furniture pads I reserved - no inspection / walkthrough was done on the truck, I was simply handed the keys and waved toward the parking lot
