I dropped off my auto transport at 4pm on 5/19 and the man at the front desk said i could leave and he would check me in. I then was charged an after hours fee.Molly C.

I had reserved 3 moving pallets. When I arrived they stated they didn't have them. We were on a tight schedule and didn't have time to look for them at other locations. This was a big inconvenience. The people at the store apologized and blamed it on Uhaul..Wes W.
Better customer attentive customer service and follow through when equipment is returned. I had the most horrifying experience and will never use the Main Street location in Nashville, if using U-haul again at all. My friends warned me to use Lowes or Home Depot. U-haul was more familiar to me. So I went with it. I truly regret that decision. After returning the truck on time in person to a live person as agreed, I charged for an extra day, late fee, not returning a dollie and a deposit, upward of $200 for a 24 hour rental. Wow!!! Still waiting on a refund all because someone failed to do their job. "My rep was in his cell phone the entire time." Never Again!!!Cynthia L.

I was appreciative of the availability, but the return process was very misleading and cost me more money. I was able to have the truck back BEFORE the time listed on my reservation, but the walk-through was never complete. I wasn't informed that I was required to do it, since I handed the keys to an actual person and it wasn't until I realized I had never been issued a receipt, that the return process was in fact NEVER done (which how could I because the keys had been turned in at this point),, making the truck "late" though it had been brought back 2 hours before the time given. It was more than aggravating and just unprofessional, to be honest.Rebekah G.

Overnight security might be a good idea for this location. The parking lot felt unsafe both during the day and even more so during the evening.Claire T.
The hours are not helpful for someone who is trying to make the most of a moving day. I was not able to tell that the reservation had not been made in the way that allows you to do the 24/7 pick up. All together it took us 70minutes to get the truck and I got charged $25 extra dollars for insurance I didn't want or need.Sondra V.

I made an appointment for 3 hours 8:30-11:30 a week in advance. The Thursday before I received a confirmation of that time. Then, the Friday before that time was moved and shortened. When I called to ask they claimed â€œthey didn't know what happenedâ€ Nothing was done to alleviate this time constraint (discount, refund, etc.) The office was short staffed and communication was poor.Lauren P.

Clerk could not have been less interested in customer service. Clearly did not want to be there. Gave me a key and said your truck is parked on the front lot. Bring it back and I'll put pads and dolly in it. This is not a safe part of town. I'm walking out to where I see a dozen or so 15' trucks and NO IDEA which one is mine. I have to open the contract on my phone to get the tag #. Truck was FILTHY inside and out. He advised there was a 1/4 tank of gas. The gauge was well below 1/4 tank (please see picture). There was writing in the lower lefthand corner of the windshield with maybe a wax pencil. Something I would expect to see to indicate maintenance or some other issue needed attn. Worst part was directly in my line of vision. Absolutely AWFUL!Emily M.
I recommend 4 improvements: 1. Show the app user a picture of the "Front" of the building 2. Revise the picture of the "dropbox" for the key... the picture that is presented is an actual box... which I drove around the entire building to find, in the dark. In reality, the "box" is a slit in the door to throw the keys through... which is only obvious if you know what you're looking for. It took me 10 minutes to find it. 3. The app doesn't give an option to describe damage to the interior of the vehicle (if I recall correctly... not positive to be honest) 4. While picking the truck up, a security guard or cop randomly drove by and advised "Some guy around here keeps approaching people who return the trucks after hours, claiming he works for Uhaul... Don't give him the keys, just put them in the drop box!" ....Perhaps you can put some sort of similar warning in the appGavin B.
Was not treated as a customer. We was greeted with " if you do not want it you do not have to get it" which we were there at 10am. But he was late. We're not take outside to expect the truck nor return the truck was inspected. Upon returning i asked do you want to expect the truck he said no give me the keys his action showed Bias and unprofessional.Chaquita H.

I was switched to this location 3 days before my move, they had not done something correct for my reservation so I had to call in order to self check in because the location is only open from 11:30-3:30 on Sundays and I was picking up at 10:30. Truck was under 1/4 tank of gas when I got it, and was parked so close to other trucks it was hard to get in.Ashley E.

There is no signage on where to park the truck upon return. And when I was returning the truck in a downpour the associate wasn't helpful and it seemed as it was an inconvenience for me to drop off the truck.Mike D.
