When i got into the truck there were cigarette butts and tobacco everywhere. An alcoholic beverage in the cup holder and a half eaten sandwich on the floor.

Mark SI have rented three U-Hauls and I seem to keep acquiring charges from the first rental!!! I've received misinformation from the front desk employees, and they do a very poor job at resolving issues. I've had to speak with customer service at least 5 times in 3 weeks!!! This is ridiculous!!!

ANTONIO TGetting advice on the drive a routes to avoid based off pot hold on the road. A rear view camera, lights on the bottom of the uhaul so I can see the lines in the road when it's raining. More lights on top of the U-Haul's to drive better at night for roads with poor lighting. Save me time on returning the uhaul by having a contact with storage locations , employ more truck drivers so they can give more helpful advice for being cross state travels an share conmen sense road etiquette to have with 18 wheeler truck drivers
Robert CPlease inform us for missing equipment before coming to pick it up. The location was missing a furniture dolly and furniture pads. Which made our move much tougher. The track was dirty and had cigarette bits on the floor. We were not given instructions verbally about fuel grade and so on. In general it was a good concept, and the move was quite quick. It would've been much better to have the ordered equipment.
Bar MThe gentleman I spoke with upon entering for return. Was insistent upon my leaving the rental without it being properly checked in after I asked specifically for it to be done. He told me upon entering to leave the keys in a bowl and it would be done prior to his shift end. He did end up doing as requested but not without a poor attitude. The store was empty and I was disturbing his texting. It's hard to find good help but it's important to when expecting to retain customers.
TIMOTHY RKey was sticking in the ignition throughout the rental, making it difficult to remove and lengthening surgery he amount of time I needed to spend at ops.

Tyrese KWith drop off they need to give customers something that they have received the vehicle, had to wait over a day for email that vehicle was returned. Doesn't need to be the actual receipt but something so customer knows that they aren't being charged for another day .
Joe BCargo van was not cleaned at all at time of rental. Interior and exterior, including the windshield, were very dirty. Interior had a bad smell, like a pet had been in the van.

mark dNo problems with this location. As with your reservation service they messed up again as it happened last year around end of October!! Yall got to do better and maybe care a little more about customer service!! No one cared about the mess up last year and no one really cared about it this go round either. It gets old!! Your company being convenient isn't cutting it for me anymore!! Looks like after this time I am willing to spend more for less convenience and take my business to a competitor. Again, no issues with this location or the staff here or at the Fessler location just the people on the phone taking reservations.
KENNETH TThere was a miscommunication when checking out where I didn't realize the key on the key ring was not for the padlock put on the back of the moving truck, so I had to drive back across town to get the lock removed before I could start loading it at my 1st location.

THOMAS GWe were given the uhaul and there was trash inside as well as clothes from the previous user. Vehicle was not cleaned up and multiple doors had sensor issues.
Joshua REvery time I drove the van it beeped with two dashboard warning indicators. The first was low tire pressure. One tire had 58lbs air pressure and the other three had 61lbs. The second alert was for the rear right door ajar. I checked and firmly closed the door every time I drove the van but the warning always appeared. I returned the van after driving 52 miles but was charged for 100 miles. I had to call U-Haul for a refund. This location is very convenient but my past two rentals from with location have not been checking in properly.

Jeff HThe uhaul information online was all wrong such as the mileage and wouldn't let us properly check in. We had to make multiple calls in order to get the truck and file several reports. The entirety of the equipment was also missing from the truck. Because of the incorrect online information, we also could not complete the online return and had to deal with an individual inside. We were not comped for the missing equipment and I will never rent a uhaul this way again.

LAQUISHA CI called to make a reservation. When I made the reservation, I was never explained that I had to take the collision damage waiver this affected the overall price I was told to the price would be the cost of the van plus mileage I was never told that the cost of the rental would be the mileage plus the van plus the collision damage waiver I am very unsatisfied and disappointment with this overall experience
RASOHN PThe truck rental was fine. What was not okay is that I was able to reserve multiple dollys, moving blankets, mattress cover, and an assortment of moving materials that were needed only to be told upon arrival the morning of my move that that location doesn't have ANY of those materials or moving items. Then why is it an option on the site? This was an incredible inconvenience the morning of my move and incredibly annoying. The front desk guy said to try another Uhaul location which wasn't helpful either. Get your site right or get that location the moving items. He had no explanation why that was an option or why that location has zero of the stock available for rent.

Thomas OPoor customer service. I had reserved a dolly and when I got there they had none for me. They said they transferred my reservation for an appliance dolly and 10 ft truck to another location so I drove over to the other location and when I explained to the guy they had transferred it he has no idea what I was talking about. When he called the previous store off of Main St that I was at the young employees on the phone(on speaker) said they never transferred it and had no idea what I was talking about basically. So I had to proceed to drive back to my first location to finally get the truck. After an hour of driving back and forth and poor customer service I finally got the truck but never got the correct dolly I reserved. Overall very frustrating and poor experience with UHAUL.

J.L. HPersonable agents, van ran nicely, was clean and full of gas. Last experience at a different location was not so good. Truck was a rag and was completely empty when i picked it up. I returned it empty and they tried to charge my card for a full tank. Thanks everybody!!!

Mark EUnfortunately I chose the 24/7 pickup option however this location failed to mark it as that meaning when I arrived to pick up my truck I was unable to do so until they opened. It looked as though the location was not in sync with the app. It was frustrating that not only did I have to wait around and my moving plans got delayed, but when they did open no one seemed to care or apologized for the inconvenience.

Victoria ZThe drop off process consisted of me handing over the keys and walking out, the personnel neither looked at the truck nor asked my name; furthermore, I have not received a receipt which is unsettling. I would offer the customer some piece of mind by checking the truck, looking up the account and confirming return and definitely providing a receipt.

Mark DI dropped off after hours and this location did not feel safe. There were 8-10 individuals loitering on the premises, sitting inside of open U-haul trucks. One individual approached me asking for money. I was able to take photos and leave the truck, however I did not feel safe looking around for the key drop-box in the dark. I had to return to the location the next day to drop off my keys. I think this location needs to have better direction to know where to go for the key drop box and some type of regulation or security for after hours drop off.
Collin VStaff was not helpful, I was told by Uhaul to return my truck to the wrong location and was charged a hefty fee because of this.
Bailey HThe truck had lots of trash: a half drunk Gatorade, an empty Red Bull can, and grocery bag with wrappers and more. There was sticky stuff on the dashboard. It was disgusting. If I'm going to pay y'all over $100 for a few hours, the least you can do is clean it up a little.
Kara NI cannot rave enough about this place. Eli was genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful, and most understanding people I've ever met. I would recommend this place over any others for storage or U-Haul needs.
Kaysie BWe reserved two furniture dollies online and when we showed up to get them there were none available. It made the move in process a lot slower because we had to carry all of the heavy furniture down the hallway of my apartment building.
MARY HCustomers Service sucks at the Pickup location and the Drop off location. Pickup location gave me a damage truck with a leaky roof. All of clothes a furniture got wet when traveling in the rain. Drop off location manger was extremely rude and was not any help our gave any compassion what I went through. To add to he chargeed me a extra $25 for going over 25 miles versus offering some type of compensation for my inconvenience. Extremely Bad Experience
