This location was by far the best I have ever been to in Pennsylvania Customer service was by far the best truck was super clean as was the facility. Will be using only them in this location from now on !

Eric D.I did not have hand truck and it took me twice as long to move in addition the blankets to cover furniture were also forgotten causing issue while moving. I was also charged for both the cart and the blankets and feel this was a bad overall experience!

JC C.We reserved a truck. Truck was there, however there was problems with the computer system and it took over 40 minutes to get it fixed. Employee had to call customer service twice, just a contract could be printed. This is ridiculous!! Put up 40 minutes behind schedule. Not happy! Looking for a price reduction for the inconvenience

Kaylee O.There is a problem here. I am rating the place where U-Haul initially told us to drop the truck off, which was 360 N. 3rd St. in Coopersburg (across from Giant). That was listed on my paperwork, which I still have. I find it odd that U-haul changed the location without letting me know. We took the truck there, and the person there was extremely rude and did not initially want to help. We did find out where to take it, but not after this confrontation. NOT a happy camper at ALL. So that is what I'm rating. U-Haul dropped the ball on this one.

Thomas H.I had the clientele there check me and help me hook up and check my lights gave me the thumbs up that they were all right when I traveled south I realized one of the lights was not working so I stopped at your Colmar location. Even though it was company-owned location there wasn't a single soul there to help me with fixing the light. Your staff gave me the tools to fix it and it delayed my trip over two hours while I rewired the one light that wasn't even connected the wires have been torn out of it. Also in the same trailer there was a flat I discovered that on my first fill up of gas for which I had to have it fixed as well

Arrived at the location only to be told the reservation was being held at another location 20 minutes,further away. Why? Why did I make a reservation at one location, spoke with that location on at least 2 occasions only go to find out the day of pickup that they didn't have my reservation. Crazy business model.

Paul A.While the rental location was great, U-Haul's online booking system this time around was absolutely sub-par. They confirmed my rental for one location, then sent me to a completely different location for the truck. To me that's just poor customer service.
KEVIN M.It takes waay too long to do the paperwork to get the Uhaul rental started. Why not have a system like Avis Preferred where a person who has rented before already has all of their information in the system. I would like to reserve the vehicle and be able to leave with it in about 3 minutes. More that that is very inefficient.

Cameron J.I have rented from UHaul annually over the past 5 years. I will NOT recommend UHaul in the future! I rented a 26' Uhaul for 5 days. The truck was obviously involved in several previous accidents as indicated by the numerous dents and damage to the truck. All of which were marked by x's. What we didn't know was that the truck leaked at the roofline! We had rain during the course of the rental period - again unknown to us was that our furniture was getting wet while inside the truck. We sustained water damage to a dining room table, queen mattress, entertainment unit, and the bottom of furniture that got wet from sitting in water on the floor of the truck. I had East Penn Storage enter a claim on our behalf, and to date have not heard from UHaul! I'm sure I would have heard immediately from UHaul had damage been done to the truck! And been liable for the damage. What is UHaul going to do about the damage to my possessions!

When I drive by the location I requested I saw the same truck in their lot. Not sure why I had to drive the extra distance but the truck was fine and the gentleman that helped me was terrific.
