Man behind the counter was extremely rude. Truck was dirty and fuel level was not correct with what the app showed but location was closed when we picked up. When we mentioned the fact that the gas was off with photo proof we were told by the man behind the counter what it "wasn't his problem".

Denise EThe wait to speak with a CS rep was ridiculously long both on the regular line and 24/7. I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get the keys to the rental van because the mobile access was unavailable. After waiting and Appel to the first rep he said my van was already dispatched yet I was sitting in the lot looking at the van. He then transferred me to 24/7 as it was now past the pickup time. Tara on the 24/7 reset my time to the actual time I was leaving the lot and gave me instructions as to how to retrieve the key. The vehicle worked very well. ALLS WELL THAT ENDS WELL! GRATEFUL FOR TARA.

Eric DI did not have hand truck and it took me twice as long to move in addition the blankets to cover furniture were also forgotten causing issue while moving. I was also charged for both the cart and the blankets and feel this was a bad overall experience!
Jason LPick up site was very pleasant and helpful. However, UHAUL CHANGED THE LOCATION ON ME ON SUNDAY, WHEN THE NEW PICK UP LOCATION CLOSED. I HAD TO WALK 6 MILES TO THE NEW LOCATION. Pick up site was helpful, U-Haul central planning was POOR!!

Marc SUsed my card. They told me that they wouldnt take the money out till i returned the truck. The momey went off my card as soon as he swiped it. Here it is 4 days later and the money still isnt back on my card.

JC CWe reserved a truck. Truck was there, however there was problems with the computer system and it took over 40 minutes to get it fixed. Employee had to call customer service twice, just a contract could be printed. This is ridiculous!! Put up 40 minutes behind schedule. Not happy! Looking for a price reduction for the inconvenience
Cathleen HCheck your gas tanks because you gave us a tank that was not at the marker line u had highlighted we put 20$ in gas and got it were it Was and they charged 26$ for maybe 2 gallons of gas will never use this location again
Kaylee OThere is a problem here. I am rating the place where U-Haul initially told us to drop the truck off, which was 360 N. 3rd St. in Coopersburg (across from Giant). That was listed on my paperwork, which I still have. I find it odd that U-haul changed the location without letting me know. We took the truck there, and the person there was extremely rude and did not initially want to help. We did find out where to take it, but not after this confrontation. NOT a happy camper at ALL. So that is what I'm rating. U-Haul dropped the ball on this one.
