RICHARD WRental man very nice and polite and quick, to the point. Truck was mostly clean. The inside windshield could have been cleaned. I had droplets to look at, until I wiped them away. The wiper blades were noisy, but did the job..

Kevin DThe equipment was great. The app to get the equipment was terrible. I had to call the help line at pick up and drop off for assistance even after calling the day before to ensure that I had everything that I needed and I watched the video as advised. I am an app user and typically able to get things moving quickly. It took us nearly 45 minutes to complete the pick up.
Martha HThis is a comment for U-Haul as a corporation, and not the pickup or drop off locations themselves. When I reserved a truck, I gave my start and end point, and U-Haul told me which locations I had to pick up and drop off at. The round trip was calculated by U-Haul as 133 miles, although the actual trip (pickup location, to starting address, to new address, to drop off location) with zero extra travel or stops was 145 miles, and I was billed for 12 miles overage. Very silly and dishonest of you to make the allowable mileage a number smaller than the absolute minimum mileage physically possible knowing these four points on the route.
Brandon NI am in real estate and needed to move furniture to a house and we needed a trailer. The guys came out when we dropped it off and moved it for us. The were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them as well as they have a huge selection of sheds and buildings that we are looking at also.
Kevin GMy drop off location was changed mid trip and I didn't realize it until reaching my destination. No info about the drop off site was given such as hours of operation, etc. I dropped the trailer off around 3:00 pm last Saturday only to find the place closed at noon. I couldn't follow your self return info, because that location had no internet signal. So instead of dragging this trailer all over the NC mountains until Monday morning, I just unhooked and left it there. I called the regional Uhaul folks that day and was told what I did was no big deal, BUT a little more info on the drop off location would have been more helpful and much less stressful.

Curtis SPlease add what type gas goes in the tank to the paperwork. I had to call to find out. Just putting no 85 on the truck was no help. I almost put 90 gasoline only in it.
Carla BMy only complaint has nothing to do with this location. When I booked my uhaul, and went to pick it up, they did not have one and said I canceled my rental. I know I didn't and having to drive 30 minutes out of the way to get to it was not ok for me. I would like to say that the gentlemen who were there at E court were exceptionally polite, kind and made that experience very pleasant.

Susan WWhere do I begin, this is the Umpteenth time I have rented a U Haul from this location and every single time my experience just keeps getting better and better. The bald headed guy David is always so kind and helpful and the bearded gentleman Ryan I believe his name is , always is very supportive and helpful. Ryan helped me install my hitch because I have been having some back trouble lately and I couldn't bend down ands he was so kind to install my hitch in the receiver and hook the massive 6x12 trailer i rented from them. That 6x12 was awesome I thought I was going to have to make 2 trips, but nope I got it all in 1 trip. lets just say my back doesn't feel that great from all the loading and unloading but it was well worth the rental rate and was very helpful i feel like I am rambling on and on but I just feel like I need to let everyone know what a clean and helpful place East Side Storage is. I tell everyone about them and the U Hauls they rent , I just told a guy today at Dollar General to go see David and Ryan while he was talking to me in line while I was getting some Icy Hot and Diet Coke .......Here I go again rambling but I will leave it with these 5 words and only 5 words. I Love East Side Storange.....and David and Ryan. Ok Maybe 9 words : )

Michael VThe online after hours 24/7 was a little aggravating but it didn't take too long to get the truck. Returning and using the online service was worse. The folks at Eastside Storage were great to deal with and provided a great vehicle for us to use.

I am super jealous though because my mother in law keeps talking about how nice Ryan's beard looks and she even said, ( in the best super annoying mother in law voice ) it looks like he goes to the gym , as she squeezed my noodle arms. Guess I'm joining the Y soon. Any who all jokes aside this is a great place to do business with and I will continue to patronage East Side Storage. 1 Million Stars !

Pat MNothing comes to mind! Brian was helpful, very friendly & went out of his way to make sure my wife & I had everything we needed. To the point I needed an elec hook up for the trailer as my new 150 did not have one. We were also taken care of very quickly & no waiting time.

EDWARD FI tried several times to do the online after hours check in when returning to truck. I could not get past the login. I tried calling the number provided also and every time there was a very long wait time even as long a 60 minutes.
