The vehicle was old, over 122K miles and it showed. The running conditions were not good and the interior lacked any support (could not charge iPhone).

Demond MOnly issue was the truck was out of alignment. Don't know if the steering wheel was off, or the actual alignment of the front wheels. I only used the truck for 15-20 miles, for a couple hours. So not a big deal at all. Everything else about this whole transaction was perfectly fine.

Craig PI thought the brakes on the vehicle could use some attention. The vehicle also sounded like a cement mixer at highway speed . I am sure the local agent would not have noticed these things during a quick turn around of vehicle rental and moving the vehicle from one part of the lot to the other. Otherwise no problems. Gas mileage was better than expected. Merci.
EDWARD KKey was not in truck when I opened truck. The whole process of trying to get into the truck was horrible and took way to long. I've never had problem with uhaul buy I always went directly to uhaul never a 3rd party. Definitely will not be going threw a third party again

DERRILL DMy original reservation was at a location down the street (Storage King). I had to cancel because they failed to open at the time posted. This is the second time that happened and I will never rent from them again. The folks at Easy Stop came thru.

Eloy CI dropped off the vehicle one full day early so they could make money with that extra day and they still charged me for being short one blanket pad that I never received at pick up location, no wiggle room here
BRYAN BI forgot the lady’s name that helped me but she was extremely nice and helpful.
MATTHEW BIt had a strong cigarette odor (hard to police smokers I'm sure). The suspension system seemed to make strange knocking noises but drove fine. Breaking was very nice and smooth. Driving the 10' truck, as would be expected, was like a driving a boat but still fairly easy to maneuver. AC worked excellent in hot late June Texas temps. No problems or issues to really squawk about.
Roberto AWhen I called to rent this truck I chose the location nearest my home. When I went to pick the truck it was in a completely different location miles down the road. Very frustrating.

JOHN JShowed closing at 6:00 on line. Got there at 5:30. Store manager pulling away at that time. I told him I was obviously there to drop off trailer. He said his closing hr was 5:30 and that he had to go somewhere else so he couldn't help me. I said what about the trailer.? He said you can just park it somewhere and drove off. In summary: Bad day with U-haul management personnel from start to finish. Not a pleasant experience....

richard sIt took an hour for us to complete the rental process that should have taken no longer than 20 minutes. The representative there had a difficult time completing the transaction needing to call someone else several time including the UHaul help desk that did not answer. She brought her child to work with her that was laying on the sofa which was the only seating in the store so I stood for the entire hour that I was there. Unfortunately due to the lack of knowledge that she exhibited I will not use this location again and will not refer anyone I know here either.
Blaine BManager of the location is very helpful and courteous. I have rented UHaul trailers, trucks and vans over 10 years, locally and while traveling across country for my job. This location has the best service and is an easy location to and pickup and drop-off rentals. Thanks. - Mary Ann
Mary AI brought the trailer back 1 day early. But there was no way to check it back in. I tried on line, but that didn't work. I tried by phone but the operator transfered me to another operator who didn't answer and I got hung up on. I wrote a note on the contract and put it in the over night box. I parked the trailer where I got it from. So I returned the trailer early. Thank you for your service. Great trailer. The liberty hill location closes early on Saturday and is closed on Sundays, there is no way to check equipment back in.

Michael BFirst the store didn't open until 9:30 am. Half the morning is gone by then. When we got there it took 30 minutes for the guy working to do our paperwork and take our payment. We were the only customers there. There was no need to take 30 minutes. He obviously had no clue what he was doing. He blamed the credit card machine, so I offered him a check. He said no to the check and that he would get it figured out.
Cody RThe gentleman that checked me out was great. Waited for me to arrive, went over the trucks condition, how to safely operat the truck, the cost for rental, and exactly how to return it. The truck also had an exceptionally clean interior. Overall great customer experience and great customer facing employee.
