She over charge on gas I did 16,43 in gas n got charged 27

Vanessa LSharon was wonderful to work with, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and helped set me up even in the middle of a tornado warning! She got me a spot to leave my car (drove over alone) and then helped set me up so I could return the truck even when she was already off shift for the day. Would definitely direct anyone else here!
Mark LShe was not very familiar with the U-Haul online forms. A dolly was requested but they did not have one available. I had filled out rental forms on-line but to remove the dolly charge, she redid everything.
