Jimmy AThe location is great and the staff very friendly. The behind the scenes staff not so friendly.
Danny OI rented a 20 ft truck, 1 way for 2 days, this location didn't have a payment method with debit, had to pay cash + a deposit. Never told me that the cost was not reimbursable if brought back a day early. Only used the truck for 24 hrs, and was not overly impressed.

PAUL DI could not believe the price my daughter moved to PEI in June and paid $1800 and moved backed to NL and I paid $4500 that to me is disgusting and I will not use I haul again for that purpose It was almost as cheap to have the movers do it for $5900 and we could just have sat back and not had to move anything! Lesson learned

Shane GI was totally impressed with the service. Because of a pending storm I changed the times that I needed the uhaul and contacted terry last minute on the change he was more than happy to help on less than one hour notice everything was ready to go drop off was equally accommodating. Terry was polite and professional and definitely knows his business. What would I change absolutely nothing Well done
charlene cTruck was parked in the trees when I picked it up, and cargo bay had an awful smell and residue on the floor. It required washing before I was able to use it. When I told the busyness about it, they apologized but offered no solution or alternative truck.
