Ekonomy Self Storage was great, we had another location for rental but they unfortunately had a late return and cargo van was not available at that location. Ekonomy saved us, made an extra effort to get us the cargo van. Their service was top-notch.

The manager, Blake, and the entire staff were extremely helpful. After a bad experience at a different company I was scrambling to find a truck. I came in and right away I was receiving tremendous service. Very kind and knowledgeable people working here. I would give this location 10 stars if I could!!

I had an awesome experience at this U-Haul on Buckhart St in Port St. Lucie. The team there was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process quick and easy, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. The truck was clean, everything worked perfectly, and they made sure I understood how to use everything before I left. It's rare to find customer service like this these days - I'll definitely be coming back to this location whenever I need a rental. Thanks again to the crew for making it such a smooth experience!

All was as expected, great location, and clean facility and equipment. Prices have increased since I last rented a trailer approximately one year ago for the same size rental trailer. Motorcycle trailer rental was 15 a day now is 25 a day.

There was some damage on the truck rented It was marked with X but these should be reviewed with a representative when there is existing damage to the vehicle already in case something is missed by the new renter

Unsatisfied with how the process worked! It sent me to a postal service that had nothing for me! No truck reserved at all! Had to call an 800 number to get it fixed! Wasted My time moving! Not sure I can ever come back again!

When I picked up the 26 ft. Truck they told me it had 32k miles almost brand new. In the middle of moving started raining and it had a leak on the driver side window. It rain almost all day. I had my feet wet for the 3 plus hours of driving. NOT a happy customer!廊

No improvement needed. Associate at first said that I did not have a vehicle there in my name. I explained that it was confirmed 2 days prior. She had me call the main office. While on the phone she realized that there was one being repaired, while I was talking to the main office. She asked for the phone. In less than 2 minutes everything was cleared up. I had the truck 10 minutes later. That was better than having to travel to another site.

This is the 2nd time I have rented a truck at this location, and I am very happy with the service and equipment Ice cold ac, clean and the backup camera made backing up so much easier.

The location has great availability and equipment is clean with ease of pick up and drop off. Only downside is the gas per mileage. It's higher than other locations I have rented from.

2 complaints 1st pickup truck i rented needed a bath and windshield dirty on the inside 2nd your app needs improvement . I had to keep trying to enter my birth date, then it would kick me out and I had to start over 5 times. Very frustrating.

During our first day driving, we were filling up with gas and noticed the cable for the lights had drug on the ground and come apart so we, in effect, didn't have trailer lights and didn't know it. This was hooked up by the U-Haul representative and if we hadn't notice it when we filled up with gas we would have been driving without trailer lights that night. Fortunately, there was a U-Haul location across the street from the gas station where we noticed the issue and I was able to purchase a new cable for the trailer lights. This could have been a real disaster on the interstate with no lights at night.

The Buckhart location in Port St. Lucie is 100 % on point every time I rent a trailer from them, which is pretty frequently. That team sets the standard for customer service ! Ron Wood

Had a fantastic experience at this location. At the time of booking the unit, the staff as very helpful and informative. During the time we rented the unit the assistant manager Gina went above and beyond for us. Honestly without her help, it would have been tough for us. We thank you very much Gina. The staff was always so helpful there, In fact, in a few week I will be going back there to rent a UHaul truck as they were so helpful in giving me all the information necessary to make the right decision after I advised of my moving needs.

Besides having a mouse chew through some of our items and a few minor issues with staff attitudes and parking issues everything was fine. I would maybe recommend this facility in the future but I definitely think there needs to be better signage about where its okay to park and not to park.

I have had numerous different storage facilities, and this is hands down the best!!! Very clean and well maintained. The staff was always courteous and extremely helpful. My only complaint would be the vehicles that park just inside and around the entry gate. There were almost always vehicles that made it difficult to get in and out of the first building and or gate area.

Rat feces and urine ruined my $2,600+ sectional, dining room chairs, 5, and decorative pillows. Droppings throughout the storage unit and In packed boxes. The "climate controlled" unit clearly has issues. The glue holding the placemats to their base were melted w/ glue seeping to the top. The manager was rude and his solution was to say, "Sorry. I can't control what other customers bring in." That's it?! Never ever would I have used this facility had I known there are RATS running about, even mice! When I asked to speak with him, he quickly rushed me outside so other customers have no clue of the filthy condition they'll be exposing their personal belongings to. Unacceptable. I paid for storage for 17 months to dispose of really nice personal possessions for a "Sorry." Photos available of this. Disgusting is an understatement.

The managers are the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs storage rentals and I would use them again time and time again. That's for always being so nice.

We have been at the storage for about a year and the facility is very clean, access to our unit was excellent, very well lit! There was always a cart available in the building for our use. The manager Blake was very nice, helpful and accommodating. He was available almost all of the time if you needed him. I highly recommend and will refer people to Ekonomy Self Storage. If I need storage again, I definitely will use this facility! Merci.

I don't think it's right that they charge a full 30 days of rent, if a person moves their stuff out of storage sooner than 30 days. I only rented for 4 days of February, and they refused to prorate me for the remainder of February. I was very disappointed with that policy, and that they would not bend the rules. I don't recommend this storage for anyone, because their prorate policies are poor. This is unfair, and should be changed immediately.
