I’m glad you’ve requested a survey because I was ready to call corporate office tomorrow, the equipment was very dirty inside & found dead bugs inside, it was absolutely gross & unacceptable. I did call & complain & the gentleman seems like he doesn’t care

Though the place that we eventually dropped off the truck was very accommodating, and the owner even helped us even though they were closed that was not where we were supposed to drop the truck. U-Haul had us go to a gas station and when we got there we were told that they would not allow us to leave the truck there and that “U-Haul does this to them all the time.”They then told us to go down the street and leave the truck which we were Uncomfortable doing. Thank goodness the owner happen to come by and was able to help us.
