Everything is perfect, from customer service pickup to the track until we returned the truck the the customer service is very good.

First truck we picked up had the check engine light on and the brakes sounded horrible. We immediately returned it. When we tried to ask for a different truck we were told all the trucks had the check engine light on but “they were still safe to drive”. We asked for a different truck and he argued that the trucks were not clean so we can't take it. He also told us that it was reserved, we said so was ours, we argued but it's not safe. We said as long as the check engine light wasn't on we were happy. Second truck, drove great, brakes sounded normal. No problem at all. The check engine light was not on. The person there when I picked up was named Sam.

Late fees are not mentioned in the contract. I was worried because my return time was 3pm and I was over time 45 minutes. But I looked at the printout and there was nothing about late fees. The employee mentioned something about the time return and had to get a manager when brought up there isn't anything about late fees. It's all very unclear. Also, there are issues with the website. I was rented a link to upload my drivers license and I did but they did not save. The employee had to do it all over. Not really a big deal, just confusing.

The customer service in this location was the worst experience I ever had with uhaul! The morning employee wasn't bad as the afternoon employee. In the morning the van wasn't ready and I had to wait to arrive, the van was smelling like somebody smoked inside, was dirty and I cleaned myself with wipes because everything in front had food steam and was very sticking. The afternoon person who I return the van to was very rude and disrespectful!! I would never again go back to that location. He made me feel unwanted there. I returned the van exactly where I picked up as I was told to do in the morning by the pumps, when I got there he didn't asked me to please move he gave me a order saying “go move it because there's no where you found it” I told him “excuse me that's exactly where I found it and if you look in your cameras you will see”, he told me he didn't care and I had to move it. I moved it and I went back inside he went outside again to check and as I was walking out with him he closed the door on my face, not even hold the door for me to get out. He didn't say thank you, please, excuse me, etc nothing ! No manners! I felt like he was doing it for free or like a favor. I paid a lot money to get treated like it. They are very rude, disrespectful and have a horrible customer services! I wouldn't come back and I won't recommend this location again.

Customer care was great. The guy checking me in and out was polite and professional. The checkout process because of a unnecessary update in your systems caused me to be delayed over an hour in checking out. The cargo van needed a bad oil change and the A/C did not work. Clean out the van. It looks as it has not been cleaned. Found water bottle. It needs to be swept it was debri everywhere

Van ran good but was dirty. Windshield dirty and no water to spray to clean it. Inside didn't have trash but there were obvious spills that weren't cleaned up in the cup holders.

Old truck and lengthy wait to get and return truck. Inside of truck needed to be cleaned. Old sticky material in middle section and an item left by previous renter. Price much higher than other area U-Haul vendors.

The truck I received needed some attention on the breaks were grinding , the key ingotion was broken , and last the transition was slipping bad it was hard getting to speed getting on the freeway

This location for me is great, is near my house, customer service is good very profecional.

The truck was not clean. There was garbage and rotten leftover food in it. The truck was not well maintained. The mirrors would consistently fold in on the freeway. The equipment I reserved was not available. The item I reserved was not available. The reservation times I reserved were not available. Overall very displeased with using UHAUL. I'll try Penske next time.

I give you total props for your service. The only slip up was the gasolilne. I didn't get the word, so I just assumed I had a truck that was full, so when I returned after just 31 miles, I figured I had to fill it up again. I asked the Valero guy to 'Fill 'er up, arbitrarily chose $50, thinking this would more than cover the expense. Nope. I took $50 and it still wasn't full, this for a 31-mile trip. The Valero guy said I did not have to fill it up, as it did not get to me with a full tank. I had not been made aware of all this. So I quite overpaid for fuel. Again, I want to say the equipment was first-rate, the phone and computer service was great, co-ordination between one U-Haul location and another was perfect. My compliments. The Uhaul is in a gas station, so it has limited space for parking etc. However the owner was super friendly and accommodating! Also, the location is super close to the freeway so it made my project super efficient. Merci.

The woman who helped me was very nice and professional. There was an issue with a toll for the bridge, she said they would send me a bill for the toll, hopefully that does not become an issue or a major markup or fee/fine???
