The gentleman working the store was great, but we reserved the truck for Conway a week ahead of time, had to drive 40 minutes out of the way to this location to pick up a truck. I was never called the day before pickup despite the person on the phone lying and saying they did. My voicemail works and I have no missed calls from that day, calling my phone doesn't just ring and ring.

I would say get UHAUL's card reader to work, due to it denying both my debit card and my fathers credit card… if it wasn't for my boyfriend being there I would've been screwed. Overall the experience was good… the price was a little wack for only having it for a couple hours to tow a car to a garage to get fixed. Other than that it was a good experience

95 % of the online stuff could have and should have been done prior to pick-up. Why the hell did y'all wait until I was picking it up to ask for 100 pictures and another person to contact and all that crap? We spent 30 minutes standing in the cold, with more people waiting outside the house for us, because of your ridiculous pick up process.

The truck was clean and prepared, but not maintained. It had a flat tire that the servicing people simply inflated again, and it was flat the very next morning, as we were preparing for our cross country move. Forced us to wait 3 hours for service of the new tire that was needed, before we ever headed out on the road.
