My overall U-Haul experience was a bad one, but this location has the best worker of all time. She was absolutely amazing and I wish I would have had her handling everything. I got my truck here and had to pick up my dolly at a different location where the wasn't anyone on duty and had rusted equipment, I called this location back and she helped me figure everything out.

William LOriginally I was not pleased with the fact that when we were driving to a different location to ge the truck, we were called and told it was not available. Now we had to drive 40+ minutes each way to get the truck we needed. The lady at the Lake City location was super nice and was very well prepared for us. Check in was a breeze. Had it not been for her and the lady on the phone being so pleasant, we would have expressed our displeasure with Uhaul. She made it a great experience despite the longer drive. Uhaul should be proud that this location is affiliated with them.

david fValerie who booked the uhaul for me is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about the uhaul process it takes very little time to check in or out. I would never use any other location. My opinion of uhaul and customer service has changed drastically because valerie shows she knows what to do and loves her kob and the people she helps with their uhaul move.

RONALD BI booked a trailer with a place that didn't have one so the day I wanted it had to go to another location to get one. Then tried to return the trailer to another location and called to make sure I could and was told yes. Well went to drop it off and was told I could not drop it off when I went to drop it off after I called the night before and was told yes. I was extremely upset and brought it all the way back to by my house. Which caused me to spend another full tank of gas carrying it back because of your mistake. I will never rent again
Vicki TThe truck had something wrong where we bounced hard upand down the ENTIRE trip. I know they worked hard to get us a truck but the truck seats bounced continuously. When we drove the truck to Fort Kent to drop it off we told the guy before he rents it to anybody else to test drive it because the bouncing was awful! We love the service we got from Ellisville, they went above and beyond to help us but the truck was extremely uncomfortable.
KENNETH HAlmost impossible to back trailer into the area for drop off. Had to back into a very small grassy area with a pasture gate mid center and the entire width on the area quite narrow, no turn around area as the storage facility gates were locked
