David P.I got transferred to this location because the location. I was going to go to originally didn't get the truck I had had originally reserved back in time. They said I would get a $50 dollar credit on my bill. This did not happen even though I had mentioned this when originally getting the vehicle. I felt as though I was lied to and it was false advertising when I reserved the vehicle. I not only had to put more miles on the vehicle and pay for it due to my reservation falling though but I didn't get the $50 ganrentee

David P.U-Haul rep called me every day I had the truck even after deciding to charge me for 10 days without my approval he still called me every day. Then on the final day of my 14 day rental he called me 5 times back to back until I finally blocked the number. The voicemails he left were completely unprofessional. Will never use this location again.

TYLER J.Well, when we went to put my Moms beautiful furniture in the back of the truck, it was really dirty. We weren't prepared with old blankets so that is the only thing I was disappointed with. There were also some old wrappers left in the side pockets of the cab. My car has the same so that wasn't a deal breaker. Lol

I understand it's a 3rd party kinda deal at Emission Time mechanics shop, but I don't blame them for not cleaning the trucks. They probably don't get compensated to run both, so I don't blame them, I blame uhaul. The biggest moving company probably ever and still can't afford 1 on-site dedicated uhaul employee???? Lol
Cody H.i had a scheduled pick up at 1230 and when i arrived a sign in the door said gone to lunch. When the rep called the day before told me to be there by 1230 or they might give the truck away if i was late. so obviously i had to wait 30 min. not very happy.
Mark H.This is an outstanding place with excellent service. I go there for all my cars maintenance and licensing. Fast,courteous service and very good communication. This rental was need needed last minute and for an emergency move. I wasn't sure if I would have help fast enough and they waited patiently to make sure I could get the van that I needed. I couldn't go to the town where the starting point was. It was well worth it to pay for the extra miles because these guys were so great to me. They made sure I went over the moving vehicle inspection and cleanliness. It was clean like new and gased up and ready to go. Thank you again!!

JULIO F.The biggest issue with this location is only one entrance, and not much room for a truck towing a trailer to turn around when cars are parked in their parking lot. Other than that, great service and a clean operation.

STACEY L.When I picked up the truck, right off the bat the tire pressure monitoring system showed the right front tire pressure was low. I let the the guy behind the desk know, and he stated "Don't worry about it. It was reported to them this morning, and they think it's just the sensor, and if anything happens to call him directly and he would take care of it." He signed his initials on the contract but did not leave a number in case something was to happen after hours. After leaving the lot and arriving at my destination, I noticed the right front headlight was out as well, which was not good since I had to drive at night, as well as having to "jiggle' the key to get the ignition switch to work.
