This was not the original location I reserved . Location was switched on me by customer rep last minute and turned out to be far which cost me more mileage and gas.I was never refunded the $50 for switching my location. The truck was extremely dirty inside full of feathers and dust .Lilian F.
as of today I still have not received my bill telling me how much I paid. They tried to charge for damage protection even though I did not request it. I made the reservation for this truck at 1 PM at 184th st. and 27 ave.I waited until 3,3 before I call the district office where they found a truck for me at a different location. this was a very bad experienceJAMES P.

My pickup was scheduled for 4 pm they called me and made me pick up at 2pm so when I actually returned my truck it was at 4 pm so I was charged an extra day which is not fair at all. I had to work and couldn't drop off until 4 that's the reason I rented at 4 but they insisted I pick up early and never advised me I would be charged if dropping off at 4. Bad service!!!DANIEL T.

The lady behind the counter was very nice but not knowledgeable about the process of turning in the truck that I had already reserved. I'd definitely will not come back again. It took them around 30 minutes to get my reservation right and give me the truck. After the manager clocked in, she was able to assist but I even had to help her moving out a truck and a car, that is for sale, which were in front of my truck. That is not my job. They should've had it ready in front of all other cars/trucks so the customer, my self, did not have to do this work and get delayed with my moving plan.Yampier V.

Not swipe cust. credit card multiple times and then ask him if the crdit card is international one and then ask for another credit card and then tell the customer that the system has been acting up since "yesterday". If you know your "system" has problems, dont make it look like is the cust. crdit card having a problem. I felt really uncomfortable when he kept swiping my crdit card again and again, maybe 4 or 5 times. He then called me when Im already driving to ask me for the credit card number again because when he swiped, it didn't go through. Really??? while I'm driving a 3 ton truck on the highway you call me to get a crdt. card number....... Wow, that takes the cake. UHaul, this is not a merchant for you. Get rid of him. Bad news.Ray S.
