albert mEnnis Feed was great. Original drop off location was a dud. Map location and address was a public house. Ensign drop off site was non-existent per U-Haul map gps.

DEBBIE BMaybe let people know that they will need to take photos when they drop it off and pick it up if they are planning to do that with their phone. That does take some time so just an allowance for that would be helpful.

Katlyn GThe windshield wiper on the drivers side was broken & the windshield was dirty so that is a safety concern. When I told the gal when I returned it, both her a gentleman stated they knew of this issue. You had to pump the gas to get it to start as it would not easily start.

Gregory HThe pick up location was incredibly great. However, UHAUL has the worst scheduling. Had to drive 30 minutes away to receive my equipment I set up to rent just over a month ago. Yes UHAUL did credit me and I am thankful for that, but something should be done about the whole process.

rachel sRhere was a drink can and an old sign left in the truck from the previous renter. And the passenger side mirror was broken. It made it very difficult to change lanes, had to keep asking the passenger if the lane was clear. Very nice people at the office and very helpful

Deacon BA.J. seemed distracted and sloppy at drop off. He tried to keep my copy of the paperwork like he would deal with trailer return later. He did disconnect the trailer and then started to leave without saying anything...I had to confirm that we were done. Over 22 hours later the app still indicated that the trailer had not been returned. I had to contact Ennis Feed and Karen was able to finish the check-in properly.
BRENT ETruck was in serious need of maintenance. Brakes were shot. Power steering was fucked. High beams didnt work. And it had no washer fluid.
