Julianna BaezLet them know when renting a 10 ft truck that it does not have a ramp. When I made the reservation I explained to them why I needed the truck and dolly and they never said a word to me that it did not have a ramp. So the fee for the dolly was useless for the 2 days. Never used it at all. Upon returning the truck I was told that I was late that I only rented it for 1 day which it was for 2 days.
kim goffThe Service Attendant was phenomenal! She greeted me warmly on the phone. Then, when I arrived they greeted me professionally. Also, I never felt rushed. They patiently answered all of my questions until I felt comfortable enough to make a purchase.

My move took longer than expected, so I called when this location first opened to inform them and was basically told it was now my fault that someone else wasn't getting a rental truck that day. Other than that it was a good experience.

MARVA JO EVELYN HILLISThe truck pick up/return was good. We booked moving help through the UHaul website and it was a terrible experience. Mover canceled 45 minutes before scheduled arrival. This was done vie text with no return call and then blocked our response. We found this part of the experience to be a terrible business model and would NOT recommend this service

MILTON SIMMONDSI was originally told to pick up the truck at Storage One on Blue Diamond and had arranged through uhaul.com to pickup prior to 8 am. When I arrived at the store at 745 and went to complete the checkin online, it told me that I had to checkin with the store. The store did not open until 8 am (when the movers were scheduled to be at the location to do the loading). At 8 am, I spoke to the woman at the store and she informed me that they did not carry 20' trucks and she had zero trucks available of any size. I showed her my reservation that stated I was to pickup at her location. She then had to send me to ANOTHER location, Epic Storage on Decatur. When I got there, the lady had no idea I was coming and only had one smaller truck available. I had to take that truck, because the movers were waiting outside the house for us to return with the truck. This caused me to have to pay the movers for time sitting around because the reservation that I had made ONE MONTH PRIOR was not confirmed correctly. Had anyone called me during that time period to let me know that I would need to pickup at a different location, that could have been avoided.

RONALD MALDIA CECILIAi had no issues with the location. The lady who helped me was very nice, but I do I have a few complaints. 1. The appliance dolly was NOT secured in the back of the truck when I picked it up, causing it to bang around during my entire 20 mile drive. 2. There wasn't a ramp on the truck. I rented this truck to pick up a new refrigerator, washer and dryer. No ramp made this VERY difficult and we almost weren't even able to get them. Thank god my brother was available to come help. If there isn't a ramp on a truck that is meant to MOVE items, that should be stated very clearly.

Daniel FrenchThe truck that was given to me had the check engine light on. When I went into the office to advise, Keosha was super nice and wanted to find me a different truck. That's when Kurt walked in downplaying it by saying the check engine light is only because it needs an oil change. I was a little uneasy renting the truck in 100+ degree weather with the check engine light on though. Keosha offered to find me another truck at a nearby location but Kurt kept saying it was just an oil change needed and the person who rented before me didn't say anything. I decided to take the truck and Keosha put notes in the system advising it was on and said to call with any issues. I returned the truck ahead of time and didn't use as much mileage as I had estimated. However, no one was in the office because they both were showing a storage unit to a customer so I went onto the Uhaul webpage to do a mobile return but it kept saying "your session has ended" immediately after I put in my details. So I decided to wait for the office staff to return. They walked passed my truck on their way into the office and Keosha greeted me (she was so nice and remembered me). I let her know I'm returning it early. She offered to have the receipt emailed to me or she can print one out when she's done with the current customer. I said I already waited there so I can wait a little longer for a physical receipt. We were walking back to the office when she stopped and turned around to get the mileage and info off the truck for my receipt. She just sat down in the truck when Kurt came out screaming at her to get inside because she needs practice. He was yelling at her asking what she is doing when she's supposed to be inside. She said she was just getting the mileage and he just kept yelling at her. I interrupted and said "she's doing a really great job." That's when he turned to me and brushed me off saying they'll email me my receipt while walking away towards the office with his back towards me. He wouldn't even look at me. I replied that I'd like an actual receipt because I over estimated my mileage and he scoffed and said it'll be on the emailed receipt. He even made a condescending comment like "I'll tell you how much the refund is because I can calculate it myself." I asked why can't I get an actual receipt as he was walking away from me going in to the office. He said it'll be emailed after they check the truck back in and the other customer was there first. As we were entering the lobby, I said I know the other customer was there first and even told Keosha I can wait but then you came out yelling at us. He jumped behind the desk and yelled at Keosha to finish with the current customer. Keosha apologized to me and I said it's not her fault, it's the guy yelling at us and I don't see why I can't get a receipt. So I'm waiting for her to finish with the customer when I hear Kurt continue to yell at Keosha. Im guessing she might have been training but never realized it because of how great her customer service has been thus far. Keosha would ask the customer a question and Kurt would yell like "no.. you shouldn't be asking her that. She's already in the system." So Keosha tried again and Kurt very rudely was like "no, no now you have to cancel and start all over." There were many other rude instructions dictated to Keosha that I witnessed waiting in the lobby. Kurt then started to work on my receipt. When it was done he just says "here you go". No apology for how he yelled at me, no apology for the wait, no apology for the misunderstanding. More of a "here you go" in a get out of my face type of gesture. As I was leaving, I thanked Keosha for all her help. She def needed someone to talk nicely to her after the way Kurt has treated her, especially in front of customers. Keosha is amazing and kept her cool after being berated by her colleague Kurt. Kurt on the other hand was extremely rude, condescending, and very unwelcoming.

Pat AbbottI was supposed to have 7/16 full gas tank. When I drove off the pickup lot the low fuel light came on. I put over a 1/4th tank in and returned it with about 5/16 tankful. I should be refunded around $50 for the fuel I put in

Michelle Janati-AtaeiThe vehicle I had experienced a lot up down- and up-shifting in Drive, and the shifting produced quite a symphony of sounds. Also, the truck only had 3/8 of a tank of gas. I ended up having to fuel BEFORE I used the truck, over-guessed, and ended up taking it back with half a tank of fuel. I hate that about U-Haul. Please be like rental car agencies, issue then FULL, and let us return them FULL. Then there is no "guessing."
