Yamil PI booked my return to a Saturday afternoon 4pm. When i tried to return the location was closed and the instructions to return the equipment were poor. I left a voice message with no return. When I returned the equipment on Monday it was charged the additional 2 days that i didn't use.

javier swe came in from behind and parked where the instructions indicated, unfortunately we were parked behind the main entrance and came in through the warehouse after calling out for someone to help us. My daughter walked in through the back towards the front. The lady got very mad at her and was condensing and perturb at her. I stayed with the truck and tried to do the return via phone app but was unsuccessful. The gentleman that came out to help us was VERY VERY NICE. Better instructions on returning the truck as we were told it wasn't the first time this happens

Vincent Lmy confirmation was confirmed via email and they advised they could not give the trailer I requested even though it was sitting in the parking lot. I rented a trailer with a ramp and the ended up giving me loading ramps which they wanted to charge me extra for. This was an unpleasant experience and when we came back to return the trailer the original one requested was still sitting there
mario aEquipment suffered a failure durent my renting time, a wheel came off in the highway, too dangerous, very stressfull experience, how you dare to rent an equipment in very unsafe condition, i was riding with my family in my car and the wheel went off, could be happened a tragedy. Fortunately I was very slow at that point in a highway exit. We were more than 4 hours there until the trailer was drivable again. Not happy, not satisfied. I think U haul need to check the trailers before rentiing it. I' ll hope u haul compesates the whole stress and time wasted in the middle of nothing because the incident

ROBERT SAsk to come in early because they were closing early not convient for me and also used up 6 extra miles due to having to come to this lication since my original location did not have my rental that location was less than a mile from my home.
Beatriz POur original reservation was for 24 hours at a different location. This reservation was made a week in advance. Our pick up location was changed by Uhaul. When we picked up the truck, we were given a story that someone else had rented the truck too and we could only have it for 12 hours. Completely unreliable service from Uhaul whose 1800number representative simply passed the call on to scheduling after stating it appeared the truck was available. Lies after lies.

MARIA MOur only concern was there was a thick wire, maybe a hanger sticking out inside the van and had we not noticed it would have made some serious damage to furniture or someone. We had to ensure it was out of the way. Was unable to advise anyone due to location was closed when returned van. Someone should really inspect the inside of the rentals.
Angel CI reserved a 17 foot truck with an order of cloths to cover items. When I get there, guy gives me a 15 foot truck and no clothes.

JEROME KPut exact gas as shown on contract when I pick up truck from location till 7/8 and there saying truck was return to 3/4 gas with a $15 charge. Take picture to cover yourself it goes there word instead of customer. ROBBERY not happy with $15 over charge

Ever CPersonnel need to be more courteous, especially the owner. We were not greeted, and no statement was made about the wait.
Michael BI was charged for 2 gallons ($7,5) but I wrote to them disagreeing with the charge. I added fuel back to the truck and left it EXACTLY as it was given to me. I will contact my credit card company to dispute this if I have to.
Jorge RI think when someone makes a reservation well in advance for a specific piece of equipment U-Haul should make that equipment available at the perferred pick-up location. The last 2 times I have rented from U-Haul they have sent me elsewhere to pick up equipment. I probably would not feel as strong about this as I do had one of my previous pick-up locations not been such a poor experience and in a bad part of town.
