My wife and I dealt with Cody he is very helpful and knowledgeable, and it was an overall extremely pleasing experience.

Dennis MastinI signed up to pick up the trailer in Brighton, CO.. At pickup time I was informed that I had to go to Limon, CO to get it. That is a 200 mile roundtrip. When told to pick it up in one location, you should be able to do that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The people here were great!

Kyle WezelNo one was at the location, had to use the horrible Uhaul online rental process. Took over an hour. Terrible experience, poor software. Process required something like 3 people to answer their phone to say they know me. How stupid is that? No one answers their phone anymore, and what is the added benefit of this requirement?
Richard SturgesTrailer had lots of small damage, dents,scrapes, etc. Parked so we were unable to take photos inside and of one side and rear - weeds and backed against fence. Damage to rear and inside of trailer, hanging rubber edging,missing wood, etc. Terrible visual condition but trailer itself handled fine. Personnel were accommodating but cats in office were on printer and we were not able to be given a paper copy of receipt.. If you are really wanting advice get trailer repaired. Pretty scuffy.

VALORIE YOUNGThe agent (Ron) at this location was awesome! He worked hard to make sure we'd have the truck we needed, and he tried hard to find us the car trailer we also needed. We were very impressed by his excellent customer service!
Donna WelschmeyerI told the owner that I was picking up a motorcycle and would need a truck that would suit my job. She gave me a 10' truck and told new to just look on the outside of the truck for dings or scratches that don't have an "X" next to them so I did. She did not bother to do a walk-around with me or even stay to answer any questions I may have had. In fact, she left the location before I did and her husband was absent the whole time. Once I drove over 100 mi to get my motorcycle I realized she had given me a truck with no ramp! I tried calling her several times but no one answered. I finally got her and she said to not worry she'd help me out. The dealership was able to load my truck. Upon arriving back at their home/office I found it to be empty with no answer at the door or on the phone. I had to take the truck back to my house and try calling them again. When I finally was able to reach them her husband said they weren't going to help me at all and that this was my own fault! He spoke to me very aggressively and rudely and threatened to hang up on me when I told him I needed help finding a ramp to get it off the truck! The professionalism, courtesy, knowledge base of equipment and simple human decency was grossly lacking! I will always recommend to anyone to drive the extra several miles to a better and more knowledgeable and professional business.

Colleen BlackwoodThis location was a one hour backtrack from my one-way destination. This office was supposed to be open from 8-12pm, which was apparently a factor in the location selection. I arrived before 11am to find the office closed. I attempted to call only to find it was the wrong number. I then attempted to use the mobile app to return but it kept failing - both the app and the online steps. I then called U-Haul directly and spoke with someone who assisted me with the equipment return. In total I spent more than one hour dropping off the equipment that was already 1 hour out of the way. Not a good experience.

Service people nice but very unprofesonal, Didnt ask for any ID. and gave me no contract Fuel tank on 1/4 Tank when I returnd truck as I recived it. with the same amout of fuel at destenation clerck attemped to try and charge me. When asked for my contract I did'nt have one. This was my first and last and time !!!!!
