YOLANDA AReserved a one-way trailer rental online. When I picked it up the U-haul software was apparently having a problem and would not let the agent finalize my online reservation and a new one had to be entered manually. In the process my one-way rental got turned into to an in-town rental. This should not have happened and created a problem when dropping off the trailer in Foley.

MICHAEL HDropped off after hours. Didn't speak to anyone. The QR code on the key drop box points to UHaul.com. There I had to search for the returns workflow. Why not redo the QR code to point directly to the return workflow flow/page?

This office was totally receptive to my needs and ready and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure the equipment was ready and prepared for utilization. "Maybe a cup of coffee?" They're doing a fine job, no complaints.

SABRIE GThey did not give out right information it was only $60 one way they put it in house after telling the old lady 3x I was going one way they charge me a deposit of $100 when I should have paid $60 only I live in Florida I had to drive all the way back to Alabama to get my deposit back that was not fare to me after have to buried my child it put me in a bad depression
CYNTHIA PStore was supposed to open at 8, no one was there for our reservation. Woman who ran the store got there at 8:20 and was very rude. Equipment was fine and did the job.

Russell FI was supposed to pick up my Uhaul 15 minutes from my home. Less than 24 hours from my reservation I received a call that I had to drive 52 minutes one way to pick up my 26' truck and I was only compensated miles and $50 which basically covered gas and the drive. This was incredibly inconvenient and seemed like a lack of commitment to a confirmed reservation. This threw off my packing timeline and inconvenienced others because I had to get a ride which took two hours out of someone's day on a work day. The pick up location personnel were great, roadside assistance was great and the drop off location was great but I don't see myself using Uhaul again. If you can't honor a confirmed reservation and the compensation to breach the reservation is so minimal it makes me feel like the care for customers is lacking.

Daniel MThis location is excellent but my overall experience with Uhaul was horrible. My original booking was for a pick up in Auburn Alabama. The trailer was not available when we arrived for pick up. I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred multiple times before I found someone who could help me. My booking was changed to a pick up at Clayton Alabama the next morning. On the way I called to verify and was told they also did not have the trailer even though it was confirmed the night before. Fortunately the staff at the Clayton office helped me to find a trailer at Eufaula Glass and Construction. The team there was great.
