U-haul's app needs to be more user friendly and work adequately, especially on the day of moving. Also, U-haul needs to hold themselves accountable to people RSVP'ing a vehicle, only to get a call 2 days prior changing all my morning plans and distances to travel. Moving is not an easy task and people plan things ahead of time on purpose...plans being changed for a service I reserved do not make things any better. I was also told I was going to get comped some of the miles due to ya'lls mistake and I got nothing from U-haul. The specific U-haul rental location I interacted with was fine, but I would like to rate the U-haul customer experience a solid 2 stars. I would not recommend U-haul after this experience.
