It all went very smoothly. Excellent assistance from Tommy. Clean truck. No problems. Would definitely rent again from this location.

Paul IaconoThere was an issue with the reservation going to a different location and they were able to solve this quickly...only because I visited the site a day before pickup (would have been a bigger issue if I showed up the day of). Truck was not cleaned out at all.
Michael RusnakPerson scheduled to meet us with rental was not at location at time of pickup. Regional manager was helpful at a different location but Billy's lack of awareness of our rental was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Would absolutely not recommend this location.

Michael BraswellThe original drop-off that was scheduled originally did not accept after hours drop-off. I was not informed of this nor was it anywhere that I could find readily available in my online research. A lot of time and mileage was wasted trying to turn the truck in after hours. The woman that I spoke with and that ultimately found the location where the truck could be dropped off was very helpful.
PATTI WESTOriginally sent to a location in ravenel sc location was closed and gates in driveway could not drop off after twenty minute wait on phone to uhaul had to go another 15 miles further out of way to drop off and was charged another day and more insurance money was told they could do nothing about it then another twenty five minutes on phone with uhaul to get a credit major pain the butt extra hour added to our trip that never should have happened. Bad review for uhaul

Jessica McCraryEverything automotive was great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We actually had to call the Go Uhaul number to be connected with them. We had initially booked at Our Country Store on Rosman highway and the woman there could not find our reservation although we had a confirmation number. We called go uhaul and they directed us to everything automotive since the woman at the first location said she was not going to come in although according to uhaul the location should have been open at 8 am and we arrived at our pick up time of 930. Subsequently, she was miraculously able to find our reservation but said she couldn't help us because uhaul never called her. Which our service person Cindy confirmed was false. Would not recommend our country store. But everything automotive had super cheerful friendly staff and were willing to explain everything about how billing worked. Just really great people there.

Sharon Daniels-TaylorDue to the virus threat, I did not want the associate to be in our camper van to back up the trailer. He said put it in there which was a weed filled spot. I tried and was unable to do it. So he took it off the hitch and wheeled it in to spot. I asked about a receipt, he said an email would be sent. I never received one. I had returned it on 5/6 at 2:00 well before the return date of 5/7. On 5/7, I went back to the place. He said he had put it in the system, however he had not entered it. So when he did, it was for 5/7 at 2 pm which was impossible since I was there on 5/7, 8:17 AM. I left and received an email at 8:20. It was charging me another day. I called and brought it to his attention, he said he had entered it correctly but went in and reversed it. Now it was correct. When I called my local UHaul place, she could see all the changes on the computer. Nothing had been entered on 5/6. So he had lied to me. I did not appreciate that. We are renting another trailer in a couple weeks. I will drive any distance farther rather than return a trailer to that place again.

judy dexterI was charged for 2 gallons of gas when my total mileage was just under 7 miles. Would NOT recommend this location to a friend for this reason. No one should be cheated even if the amount is only a few dollars.

Veronica HastTruck was available on time. Cab and windshield were both excessively dirty. Registration took 45 minutes, finishing after time reserved. Contract was for one day. When I called location to confirm they were open (Sept 29, Sunday) there was no answer. I returned truck Sept 30 at 11:30am. Owner, Billy, who wasn't present at registration, informed me I was 12 minutes late and UHaul automatically billed me for an additional 24 hours but he would waive this charge. He blamed the delay at registration on Comporium our local telecom provider, not UHaul and said I should have dropped the truck keys in his outside box on Sunday. I never saw this box at his car repair shop and was not told of this procedure by his employee at registration. I believe I was inappropriately charged an extra day's rental and request $39,95 and tax be refunded. This location gives UHaul a bad name.
