One headlight was out
Michele KA large "glass" (of some type) delivery truck was sitting occupied in the area of the station parking lot where I had to return the rental van and where I had left my car parked. He was parked directly behind me and I had to maneuver my way around him to leave. The driver was just sitting on the truck and didn't appear to be doing anything. Why was he allowed to block the customer rental vehicle area for no apparent reason?
Bruce HWould not use the automatic option here there is no Wi-Fi so connected is impossible. After standing around waiting for 10 mins trying to upload pictures, finally the owner came and assisted.
Rachel MI was charged more 7,4 (2 gallons) gas. The person told me the gas level should be the same as I rented. It was 3/4 of tank, I took a picture and returned the same level of tank. Now I was charged 2 more gallon gas fee. I hope they can returned my money.
Qifei HWhile recognizing this location is apparently on-line or app use only, the staff could be just a little helpful. They were not.
Bernard MI used the app to check in via my phone and I had a problem checking in. But the person on site was quickly able to resolve and get me on my way. They don't generate and paperwork so everything is sent electronically via email which is fine for me, but may not be to everyone's liking. I don't know if this is always how they operate or only because I had set up everything via the app.

Kim HFacility was fine. It's a gas station. When I dropped off the truck, I handed my contract and my key to the person behind the counter. I assumed we would do a final walk-around. We didn't. I had to ask the attendant if this was the right place for drop-off. They took my key and contract and said nothing. I ended up walking out to the front of the building to double-check the U-Haul signage to make sure I was in the right place, I was. I mentioned the check engine light to the attendant and still nothing was said to me. It was a complete one-sided conversation. Overall a confusing transaction.
Jonathan CGuarantee that the mobile experience will work. I had to get assistance from somebody inside the gas station - if he wasn't there I would have been screwed.

alan wI don't know what you can do improve for next customer. The location is a gas station. I only rented a truck from this location because it was in walking distance of my son's college house.

navin pWhile the service was good, I was disappointed that the insurance was added to the bill without my consent. I was never asked about it. You should not add charges without the customer's consent.

Sandra Twhen i dropped off i was little nervous because there was only 1 person working in store so she just took keys and said id receive an email and final bill later. it all worked out fair and correctly but was worried i could be charged incorrectly since no one checked van, mileage, gas etc. They were very easy to work with!

MIRIAM AThey waited a whole day to check in truck after I returned it during regular business hours. They waited to check in the truck so that they can overcharge me unjustly. I only drove 6 miles and put in a gallon of gas. Then they charged me $4,25 for 1 gallon. The truck was clean but the location was horrible. You have to be able to trust the people you are working with.

Celina HReservation #: 27235420 Pickup and Drop Date: Both was 11/29/2018 EWING EXXON 1500 PENNINGTON RD EWING,NJ 08618 (609) 643-4857 I completed the entire Mobile Pickup process and received confirmation of pickup on the App. I then went inside to obtain the key, and the cashier (1) didn't know how to use her U-Haul system, (2) said I couldn't use the Truck as there were 2 reservations for 1 truck (that was not true), then (3) couldn't logon to her system. Finally (4) she called U-Haul Customer Service. A 5 minute process ended up taking 35 minutes. My blood pressure was spiking because of the inefficiency of this location, I was 45 minutes late to see my Client and I lost $80 in billable income as U-Haul made me late to see my Client. I would like an $80 refund credited to my account! Please make sure your staff at all locations are trained properly on how to use the U-Haul system. JohnClarkWalsh@Gmail.com 609-356-0788

Jackie SI was overcharged and unable so far to solve the problem. There was garbage in the van.
Raymond NI was charged twice for the truck, the dolly, and insurance. The employee was extremely rude. Several times she told me that she was unable to help me and I had to call Uhaul instead of renting me the truck. I finally received it after almost getting into a verbal altercation. I will NEVER visit this location again.

James KThe location is decent but the Uhaul app is pointless and an inconvenience. If I still have to go into the location to get the paper and the key, exactly what is the purpose of the app besides to annoy the customers?
Candiya TThe drop off person who received the vehicle was very argumentative I had a question and he became very irate when asking to clarify the gas return on my receipt which was very unprofessional but my processing person was excellent.
Bernadette CThe u-haul at the Exxon in Ewing NJ charged me for extra miles I did not use. I went from one Ewing location to another Ewing location only making two trips and used about 15 miles total, I was charged for 62 miles. The employee refused to give my money back and was completely rude to me. I will tell everyone to steer clear of this U-Haul establishment.
