The desk clerk tried to rip me off. My online reservation cost was $148, but when I got there he attempted to charge me $291 if I used a card and $391 if I wanted to pay cash. I ended up paying $162. I won't go there again.

The person I dropped the truck off with was extremely rude. I would fire this guy if I were you. He asked if I checked in online. I told him I didn't know that was an option then he just said very irritatingly you can go.

The owner of the business cursed at me because his door was not working properly it hit the door stop by accident. He even told me to get the f—k off his property and told me he wasn't going to rent me a truck. I have never been so insulted in my whole life. I have to deal with customers in my job and if I ever talked to them like the owner of the property did me I would be fired. The truck ran great but it was covered in dirt. You could barley see out of the windows. It will definitely make me think before I rent another uhaul again. Especially if I see that address as a pickup location.

My experience is always awful if I could find another company I would in a hard beat It is never at the location I always have to pick it up somewhere else and I think I should get a discount for my in-convenience to have to go elsewhere further and have to pay more money because it is further away but your supervisor did not think so. And not just this time but every time I have some sort of issue

We returned the vehicle on time and less than the mileage we payed for and the guy didn't even turn it in until a week and a half later because a lady called to ask where it was. Then I received a bill via attached this e-mail. I am not paying this bill in fact we are owed money. If my debit card is charged I will dispute it and contact my lawyer. Thank you, Kenneth Hust

The location was a bit far from where I was in Wichita Falls, TX. I know I padted several Uhaul location before driving the 14 miles to this location.

Uhaul representative was not there. A hotel desck clerk had to assist me. She did not have a clue and called I guess the owner. When I dropped off the rental my charge was higher than what was estimated.I was charged insurance without being asked if I wanted insurance. I asked if I was charged for insurance and was told no an to just look at my email. The gentleman could not tell me why the amount was higher. “Just look at the email” he said. When I did look at the email it was at that time I noticed the charge for insurance. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

No drop box at this location, but not a long walk to the front desk

The drop off place appeared to be just an empty gravel lot, no signs indicating an office at all. After some phone calls to other drop off places they did inform me that the office was a motel desk at the corner of the block. They tried to be helpful but when they told me that my car was ready to be driven off the dolly the car wouldn't come off. After I exited my car and inspected! I found that the safety chains were still connected to my car possibly causing damage to my undercarriage and/or installed equipment under there. When I informed them about the chains they went about disconnecting the chains and telling me to go ahead and back my car off, I rechecked and found that they had only disconnected one of the chains. They were totally uninformed on the procedures of loading and/or unloading the car dolly. They did try to be helpful but, again, may have caused damage to my vehicle due to inattentivness or being uninformed. Due to bad weather(ice), I did return the dolly one day late and I was unquestionably charged for that extra day. Uhaul does dictate safety first when questioned about late returns and promises to work with customers in such cases. This place did fail me.

This U-Haul dealer also runs a motel at the same location. I chose this location because it was convenient. When I went to pick up the truck the owners son had to get him out of bed for me to get the truck i had reserved. I had reserved 4 dozen pads also but they only had 28 on hand. We had to go to another location to fill our order for the pads.

After making all arrangements on the Internet with a UHaul dealer in Burkburnett, Tx we were disappointed when it was changed to a dealer in Wichita Falls, Tx because the Wichita Falls location did not honor the Burkburnett contract I created on the website. He charged us $75 extra for insurance we did not sign up for. The cab of the truck had food and grass on the floor. All equipment was is perfect working order -no problems there.

I had to wait because there was no one available to take care of Uhaul rental at 8am when I arrived as scheduled. Costs were not explained to me and I ended up paying for insurance coverage that I actually didn;t need or want. Not happy.

I reserved both the 24 ft truck and vehicle dolly at the SAME location on Kell EAST in Wichita. I was later informed that I would have to pick up the truck on the southwest part of Wichita Falls and the dolly at a location on the northeast part of Wichita Falls !!!! I had to wait 30 minutes for a person who knew how to rent the dollie for me.... NOT ACCEPTABLE Very Extremely INCONVIENT for me ! I will never recommend U- Haul again ! (806) 264-2425 Debbie Hudson

I would recommend this location if the hours were posted as 8am-8pm. We dropped off the trailer at 9:00pm because the website posted this location as 24hrs. The hotel desk is manned 24 hours but apparently can only do uhaul transactions from 8-8. I think that should be posted on the website for future customers to see. We were told we would have to make a return trip to finalize the paperwork.

I will never in my life rent from uhaul again. I will also be letting all my friends know how i was told to "call my dad for help" when the whole car dolly FELL OFF MY TRUCK and i needed help. I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I WANTED INSURANCE. And because of that i was stranded with 3 of my children and a damn car dolly with a CAR ON IT. i lost my damn job and my kids were unable to go to school. Not to mention the tail light was out and the man helping us didnt even check it before we left.

When I arrived to pick up the truck it had snow and ice on the windshield and windows. I spent about 15 minutes scraping and warming up the truck to be able to see out of it. The truck worked for what I needed but had a very loud, noticeable exhaust leak close to the engine. This made for very poor acceleration, poor gas mileage and filled the cab and bed of the truck with exhaust fumes. The brakes were also very touchy and had a mind of there own. When i pushed the pedal it would stay down and slowly release making it tricky to slow down and stop correctly. I decided to go with Uhaul because of your reputation but was very displeased with the vehicle and will go else where next time I need a truck.

Very friendly staff and very professional. Service excellent. Truck was a whipped 199k + mile Ford that should not have been in the fleet. Clearance lights and tail lights never worked. I notified the staff and was told it had been checked out a couple of weeks prior to me driving it. The truck sounded bad and had rust and mismatched rims. It was very embarrassing to drive (and you should see what I drive!). I resented paying 99 cents/mile for this one. Please retire it. I understand local movers get these, but this one was bad. However, service was excellent and I will recommend U-haul to my friends and co workers!
