Collin CFor what ever reason you charged us extra to drop the truck off. An extra 26 miles not sure on that. With all the issues we had we should receive a credit.

I was told I could only have the vehicle for 24 hours only due to increased demand and a prior booking. I returned the vehicle and it sat in the same spot for 2 days. This was very disheartening to see the truck in the same position and yet I could have used it. I think renters should be given the right information so they can decide what they want to do, moving by itself is stressful enough.

Thomas KI dropped the trailer off on Saturday around 5pm, so they did not have any personnel around but I have heard from others that the person who runs the place is great.
Artur RNice friendly and helpful smaller pickup location!! I highly recommend this location for any U haul equipment required in Vermillion South Dakota. Note, with 7+ inches of snow on the ground at pick up they were VERY responsive and timely!! THANK YOU!!

rachal lI reserved a 5 X 8 trailer was given a 6 X 12 trailer so I had to pull the larger one 1 400 miles.
Irwin RVermillion location is pretty intimidating. Somebody there compromised my credit card, too.
William AOur Uhaul experience was very frustrating. We were told to report to the Yankton location to pick up our truck, but the truck was not there. Our profile had two pages, one said our truck was in Yankton, and the other said the truck was in Vermillion. Only after calling a representative, did we find out our truck was in Vermillion, and we had to drive 30 minutes back from Yankton to Vermillion. We were also charged a random 22 cents before we could pick up our truck. Then we discovered the truck only had 1/4 a tank of gas before we began our trip. The Uhaul was clean and worked well, but we were not impressed with the communication we received.
Cody AI used a Tow Dolly to haul my vehicle and didn't realize that I had a 4 X 4 vehicle and was not supposed to use a tow dolly for that type of vehicle. It would have been nice if the UHaul dealer would have made sure that I was sure what type of vehicle I had and to educate me on what type of vehicles should not be towed on this.

matt pMy Gripe is We didn't get to use it the hours We are charged for because Someone Else Needed IT! Vermillion is A Very Bias/Racist Town so We don't get Equal Treatment At All Businesses! Need to work On Customer Service A lot No Matter What Business…Wouldn't Recommend To Others If Color!
