There needs to be a better way to deal with moving accessories. I booked a standard 2-wheel dolly and a 4-wheel furniture dolly when setting everything up in the U-Haul app, but the pickup location selected by the app does not carry moving accessories. I addition to the wait while staff figured out how to remove that equipment from my book, I had to drive to a separate location where they were out of stock on the 2-wheel dolly.
