Don MDon't redirect my reservation to a location 20 min out of the way. It cost me $100 in ubers. Also, had to wait 15 min because the guy before me was late. I almost missed an appointment. Mauvaise expérience.
Casey HThe customer service was excellent. They helped save money . By pointing out that the truck I wanted was not necessary. Saved both in rental cost and fuel savings. We drove close to 300 miles ( one way rental ). Fuel use was cut considerably. In a truck I was more comfortable with.

Pam WI drive box trucks for a living, something is up with that transmission. Shifts into 3rd way late then immediately jumps to 4th. This is tuned to drain gas.

Gary WWhen we do mobile pick up and drop and designate the time, we expect to do so. There's a reason we select the times and times to return for a reason. Not to get attitude from the counter and told we bring it back by 430 pm or we keep the U-Haul till next day when business re opens. Night drops ? Doesn't designate we must return so early or not until next day. I'm not sure I'll continue renting from U-Haul.

JORGE RMy experience when I got the key was fairly good, however the person at the counter apparently did not give me all the information regarding what I was going to be charged for. When I went to drop off the key the person was rude and gave me misinformation about what I was going to be charged. I read the receipt that was sent to me and had to call the location because they were charging me double what I was supposed to pay.
Jessica JThe 10' box U-Haul doesn't have the walk way to it. I recommend one gets placed on it so it would be easier for the person moving heavy and big things.

Angela HI got home and my phone notified me that an Airtag had been with me since I left the uhaul pick up location. It was on the inside of the uhaul trailer stuck on the top left. I notified staff and they said it is probably uhauls tracking system, which none of my paperwork said anything about an Airtag.

Jesus AThis is actually my favorite U-Haul rental location of all time. The facilities are the best because it's a big open lot and the staff is fast. Other places that are more modern everything takes longer they have to let you through the gate. You have to hook up everything's long walk it just everything takes longer but at this place it's fast and the staff is great especially Kassie
JOHN HThe young lady did not strap my car in correctly. The straps on my wheels feel off and she did not put the chain on either. It could've have been very bad if I was not notified by a person while I was 5 hours in my 18 hour drive. Not very professional. This needs to be fixed so nothing happens in the future.
Maria RAt the Meridian and 142nd Uhaul, it costs another $20 to do a night drop off for a trailer that costs $20 to rent because of "increased theft". Instead of investing in additional security measures (like locks), and/or supporting tougher law enforcement, typical big woke business supports increased crime by passing the additional insurance costs onto good, law-abiding customers at twenty bucks a pop. This is what you get when lazy corporations make college degrees mandatory for management positions. Garbage in, garbage out. Otherwise the experience was fine thanks to the squared away young guy, Branden, who helped us. You should put him in charge of the whole company, and whatever you do, don't send him to college, or he'll be advocating for "Free Uhauls for all!".

Alan BEngine struggled to switch gears. Maybe needs a tune up. I would not have trusted this truck to make a long trip. Put my dollies in the wrong truck so I didn't get to use them. No lock box to drop off after hours.
