Fix the trailers so they don’t leak and get my cargo wet and refund the the customer accordingly for the inconvenience

Duane SUnhooked the trailer myself. Never came out of the office to assist or check the trailer before I left. Walked into the office and told him just dropped a trailer off and asked if I paid with a credit card?
Heather DPer day charged 40$ and every kilometer charged 79 cents. Is expensive. The truck which I took is an older model, not much facilities. More gas it consumes. Overall, I wasted with your moving truck. One thing I learned, avoid using UHaul.

Henry wSignage horrible, too small. And drop off area only drop off space for 1-2 vehicles Office was closed when we arrived at 4:30 Aug.4, 2023. The virtual check out was too complicated as it would time out, 6 tries were needed, and we weren't sure that went through! However, we were very appreciative of the fact they let us drop off empty truck in Medicine Hat, rather than the initial drop off in Calgary!

Duncan NWaited an hour and a half for uhaul. Due to uhauls software being so bad and not working. Very frustrating when you have timelines to get moved out. Gave us the code to the gate to drop off after hours. There was no way of getting out from the inside to leave. Ridiculous experience
Ethan ANote: This review is a reflection of our entire experience with Uhaul not only this location specifically. However I will note that the guy was over 10 minutes late for our pick up time of 9AM and the truck was FULL of potting soil when we picked it up. It had not been cleaned. This is the second time we have used uhaul for moving and both experiences have been incredibly poor. Absolutely the most disorganized organization out there. My first experience i reserved a 26' truck from the location closest to our move. The DAY I'm to pick it up we receive a call letting us know we need to pick it up from another location over 1,5 hours away from the original location AND that they only have the 20' available. We were charged that extra mileage and not compensated for the extra fuel expense. The return experience was a total headache. Our second rental experience was also chaos. An hour after pickup we received a call letting us know our drop off location needed to be changed to a location TWO hours away from our original drop off location. AFTER everything had been confirmed as per our original itinerary at the time of pickup. My family will not be using uhaul services again in the future.

David KCharlie was great, but he told me and checked off i could drop off my U-Haul at any location, but when the time came to drop off in Calgary it was a NIGHTMARE!

Frederick RWindows were dirty and had a lot of bug stains on it. Also there were still chocolate wrappers inside the cab and also coffee or coke stains in the drink holder compartment. Otherwise unit was acceptable.

Darcy DThe location and owner/operator were good to deal with but the truck was absolutely terrible. Unsafe to drive and should never have been let out of the yard. The front drivers side tire was completely bald and down to the wear bar. The truck was not clean. The check engine light and throttle body sensor warning light came on. Truck could not go past 80kms/hour or it would violently shake. At night the headlights wouldn't work they would flicker intermittently. We were forced to stay in a hotel at 1am because the truck was so unsafe to drive. Our trip was delayed an entire day, we had expenses we never should have had to. We had to unload the truck in Kelowna thus never making it to our destination of chilliwack. This truck should be fixed before ever returning to the road and we should be reimbursed our costs as the truck provided by Uhaul was not safe to drive and not what we paid for.

The owner/rep was very friendly ! i have gone to other U-Haul places in medicine hat before and got totally ripped off and was very hesitant to do so again but due to unexpected circumstances I had no choice but I was pleasantly surprised with the owner/wrapped that I dealt with on Briar park road in Medicine Hat Alberta!!!
