Absolutely do NOT go to this location! This is an abandoned building, with trash everywhere. Super, super sketchy, locked door with "Call to Enter" sign duct taped to the door. The inside is an absolute disaster, with ceiling tiles falling down, broken gambliing machines everywhere etc. Again, super, super sketchy all around.

The location was behind an abandoned gas station that was no longer operational. A taped sign on the door indicated a phone number to contact for pick up/service with the UHaul. There were no people at the location at the pick up time; I had to call to request the provider meet me at the pick up location. Not the safest way to begin.

The drop off place looked like a closed fast food place ready to tear down. Just around the corner was a regular Uhaul facility. Drop off should have been at that location.

Very poor drop off location. Even though the neon sign outside said “Open”, doors were locked. I called the number for a question about drop off and man hung up on me after 1 minute. My husband and I gassed up the truck a mile away and then found out the agent said we only filled it up 3/4 of the way. We have a copy of gas receipt and feel the agent at this location is being dishonest. We used this truck one way to drop off our daughters items for college and am very disappointed in the stop location customer service. Poor reflection on Uhauls normally outstanding customer service.

My experience at the pickup location was amazing!! I called and the gentleman that was in charge, stayed later than needed to help me during an emergency. My daughter was involved in a car accident and we lost our second vehicle for a long trip. I called the location in Lake Wheeler rd and the employee on duty was more than accommodating for our needs. He really came through in a moment when we needed help the most.

The gas station is closed and it looks like an abandoned place. I had to drive around the building to find the U-haul office. There were no clear directions showing the office. The person inside was very helpful though.

Abandoned gas station is the drop off location. Trash everywhere, hand written lettering on side door saying U-Haul was only indication it was a valid drop off site.

As others have said, this location is on the lot of a burned out/closed Exxon station and is, overall, just kind of sketchy. The only way we knew we were in the right place was because there was a line of U-Haul trucks parked there. The U-Haul representative was just hanging outside his car (outside of the burned out/closed Exxon station) when we arrived, and sort of moseyed over to the truck. We had no way of knowing who he was or why he was there. It was uncomfortable, since we were handing over the keys to a very expensive truck and he was just hanging out in the parking lot. He was perfectly pleasant and efficient. The location is certainly not a professional location, and I would be very reluctant to use it again. I certainly wouldn't want to be there in the dark.

The U-Haul parking area is nice. The Exxon is shutdown and the store front is a mess. I like the location for the convenience. The lock boxes and key drop off are a solid plus. I will be doing more business with this location. By the way, I had to call customer service for help getting my truck. The lady that helped me was so awesome!!!!!

Pick up location was a closed burnt down gas station with police tape around the building. Uhaul was taped in the door with blue painters tape. I”This location recently was closed due to multiple shooting. Not safe!

The truck had trouble starting up which was very concerning. pickup location seems very unsafe and very unclean and dirty. weird experience i wasn't expecting from U-Haul.

Could not check in virtual and pick up keys. Had to wait for person to come to location. Truck was clean and well maintained. First location was Mario's deli and grill didn't have the 20' or any big trucks. Had to wait for them to schedule me a 20' at another location.

This location was a closed (apparently permanent) Exxon station, did not know this until I arrived. I had to leave to find gas then return. When I came back a man appeared out of nowhere to check me in. If he had not known my name I would have had no idea he worked for U-Haul.

My only complaint with renting this truck was that I did not have the option to rent this truck for the exact amount of time I needed it. I was made to rent a truck for 4 days, even though I knew I would only need it for 2 and I had to pay for a 4 day rental. I only wish I had the option to receive a partial reimbursement.

At the drop off I arrived at 1:50pm It was behind a gas station and there wasn't any clear makings to tell me I was at the right place. There was only one other uhaul there so I wasn't sure if it was right. I go inside to drop off the truck and trailer and I ask the front desk person where to do it. He says “The uhaul guy isn't here right now he will be back in ten minutes.” I said “no worries.” I go outside and wait ten minutes. When I go back in at 2:00pm the uhaul guy still isn't there. So I keep waiting, I go back in at 2:10pm, still not there. 2:20pm he still isn't there. So I try to do the online drop off but find out I can't do that because at the pick up the contract has the messed up miles on it so I'm stuck with the truck till the guy shows up. Finally 2:30pm he is there and when I go to give him the keys he asks me to move the truck to the back. “No problem” I day and I do that. . I park it where he wanted me too and when I go to give him the keys he asks me “ Can you drop the trailer here and park next to it?” Frustrated I say “sure” and I drop the trailer and park next to it. He finally takes the key and I left. Worst uhaul experience of my life!!!

This location felt extremely unsafe. The tow dolly I was given was not in working condition. I expect a full refund for this. Would absolutely never recommend this location or Uhaul to anyone.

Pickup is not 24/7 if you can only pick up during a certain window in the day (9-9 per say). The email telling you what to do on the day of pickup takes you to the wrong website. Call center staff friendly but unable to help.

No drop off box and employee didn't want to take key. He kept saying there should be a drop off box. Well, there wasn't!! I asked him if he would rent a truck if someone wanted one , he said yes. I told him then he can take my key! He finally took the key and I received a receipt for it the next day. Put out a drop off box or get a competent employee.

The online check-in agent could verify my alternate-contact the first attempt, so she timed out my check-in, then CANCELLED THE RESERVATION which told me to make a new reservation online for another day. Thank God I found someone inside who could help me straighten it out, because the 20 min wait trying to get a hold of customer service was definitely not going to happen.

Dropped the vehicle off with no problem. After I realized that I left my house key on the U-haul truck key. I texted the uHaul operator and we've worked out a way to get my key returned to me. operator's name is Bunya Mannie.

The people at this location did not seem to know what to do when we showed up at our scheduled pick up time. It took a while for them to get in touch with someone from uHaul who knew what to do so we could pick up the truck which was already sitting on the lot ready to go.

I was confused as to where to even go when I got there. Communication was sub. Not much to gather when turning in the key and calling this location or 1-800-GOU HAUL, the wait or lack of picking up after constantly waiting 15+mins needs to be worked on. No reason U-Haul, not just this store, should have callers waiting 15-20mins to at least be acknowledged.

I was very disappointed that the pick up location was changed from Storage King USA to the Exxon. The reason we reserved at Storage King was to avoid the very problems we encountered at Exxon. We arrived on time but had to wait 45 minutes for Gail to arrive and process our order. The computer would not let her enter the key number because the Exxon attendant the night before did not properly check the U-Haul in. Also, the U-Haul had not been cleaned after check-in. The whole experience reminded me of having a flight time or gate number changed. It's very annoying when you as a customer do the right thing, but then things happen beyond your control and the company lets you down by changing your reservation. I will add that our experience in Raleigh was typical of a big city. Quite the opposite happened in small town Starkville, MS where we turned the U-Haul in.... efficient service with a smile!

Horrible manager at this location. Please avoid. Had to wait 35 mins past my reservation time just for the manager to show up. Shes new and doesnt know much about uhaul.

The truck pick up was fine. Since this was a location transfer since the original rental was not actually in uhaul inventory, the new location did not have the accessories I rented along with the truck. Not a super big deal. Overall, I was able to get a truck.
