Everything worked well with our reservation and U-Haul adjusted our reservation due to an unexpected setback. We were thankful for that!

harry cWe appreciated that he wasn't going to let us take a trailer with mis-matched tires - after my husband noticed this. Uhaul could perhaps do a better job of policing its equipment (not the location's fault). Happily there was another trailer for us to take.

Patrick WHad to drive an hour round-trip to pick up equipment at this location, when I wanted it at a different location in the city I live in. Customer service was very good at this location, but there is no bathroom.

I DO NOT donunderstand why a customer has to drive out of their way to pick up the equipment that they RESERVED in town. There was NO proper compensation ( we will give you one day rental) sorry that is enough. Definitely looking for some place else to rent from U haul is a joke

kathy mi cant believe you charged me 32 dollars for changing drop off location.
KENDALL RQuick and simple pickup of truck and auto transport trailer. Excellent service à la clientèle. It might be nice to have been able to leave with a physical copy of the receipt, but since the receipt was sent via e-mail, that was just a minor inconvenience. Thanks for the smooth checkout process.

Cristo HThe issue was that the signs for the one drive for the rental return lane were small and I turned to soon into a driveway part of the same property which is not a big deal since I was driving a car. However my brother driving the U-Haul did the exact same thing in a 15 ft truck. And this was not where we were to drop off the U-Haul. I would fix that. Or not put trailers at that driveway. And just have all the stuff labeled as U-Haul all in one spot and not have it split up at two drives. Or connect the two drives.

BRENT DVery helpful even when the drop off location was not helpful at all.
Mary MIt was late at night and difficult to find the drop off point. However, the lot was large enough to safely drop off the 26'.
Thaddeus LThe guy tried to tell me that I could not use a 1 7/8 inch ball hitch for a 5' by 8' trailer. It clearly states on the website that I can use that ball hitch for that trailer. He told me he would not let me take the trailer unless I had a 2 inch ball hitch. I had to go out of my way to go buy one and then come back to get the trailer. I do not recommend going to this U-Haul location. I would say go to a bigger location where it is not as much of a pain.
