Ted M.Everytime I've rented a U-Haul, the pick up or drop off location hooks/unhooks the trailer. That did not happen here. We had to unhook ourselves with the "junk yard dog" overseeing us (yes, it really was an unfriendly looking dog).

I had to go to this location twice - about half an hour out of my way, because they had given the truck I had reserved to someone without a reservation. I was moving 500 miles and NEEDED that truck. WHen I went back to get the auto transport trailer, the employee was rude and I had to pull teeth for him to properly help me.
Renato B.It's a poor location compared to what I've seen Uhaul's standards are. The guy was more focused on the burgers he was grilling than helping me hook up. The ratchet system on the car carrier needs lubricant or replaced.

Duke P.U haul was confirmed to be pick up @730 from new circle Rd Lexington KY. I got a shrug and told truck wasn't available, had to travel to nicholasville to pick up one that was available. The dolly I rented $15 was unavailable. Worst experience ever. And was charged full price even though I was told $50 would be credited. And if course, no one was available to take calls regarding terrible service. Would not recommend to Satan himself.

DANIEL H.Cellular internet was so slow the app kept timing out and I would have to refresh and start the process over. Do not use mobile pickup at this location. It took over 30 frustrating minutes to pickup and to drop off the van.
Mitchell B.Truck was parked next to a dumpster with a Dead animal in it. Stunk so bad! Nasty dirty location surrounded by trash. There was a random dolly and cart in the back I didn't pay for. Had to be on hold for over a half hour to just make sure I wasn't going to be charged. Truck's fuel fill hose was slashed and it poured gas on the ground when I filled it up. Check engine light was on too. Horrible experience, you should shut them down.
Daniel S.My pickup time and location was changed and I was only informed 14 hours before my original pick up time. Was told that I would be credited $50 to my account but the man I picked it up from said he didn't see it, without even looking, and wasn't willing to do anything to help with it. Then asked me if “it would really be that much of an inconvenience to drop it off back there†versus dropping it off at my original place. This location wasn't too bad in general, however my experience with U-Haul was not good.

I had a 1PM appointment and showed up 10 minutes early to just check in and make sure all was well to go... the guy for uhaul wasnt even there...he had went to lowes the grocery store clerk told me. I waited until probably 110 and he finally showed up...came running in.....in shorts a torn shirt dirty and raggy looking ( i understand some people cant buy as nice clothes or whatever but come on) anyways......so we went through the process to check out the truck after he asked me if i was waiting on him or just hangin out....so i get in the truck and its filthy...covered in bird poo a BB gun shot hole in the front window bed full of dirt and debris and the inside floor boards were full of dirt. Not to mention its parked right infront of someones dog that was growling and lunging at us by the fence i had to walk right beside to do the truck check ( i didnt look inside of truck before i said the truck was okay and didnt see the Bb gun hole in window) thats my bad. And i dont even have the time to write about the grocery store its attached to.....i can tell someone over the phone....but omg it is so bad the flys in the meat case wouldnt even eat the rotting looking meat in the deli case....the smell the dirt....and when i went back to return the truck the uhaul person was in the back of the store working out on his machine and came up to me covered in sweat. So if yall wanna call me to verify please do so.

Daniel B.This location is abysmal. It is gross and unkempt. There is a loud, frightening, barking dog that growls and barks at anyone looking at the rental vehicles. The staff weren't in the gas station available to help when I encountered issues and I was told that they'll be back in 30-45 minutes. There is almost no cell phone reception in that area for Sprint, meaning the app took forever. There are also a ton of locals that just park wherever they want around that area, two of whom blocked me in and prevented me from getting gas back into the truck and made me wait 7 minutes to be able to navigate and return the truck. Also, the truck had a chip in the front window, scratches and gouges all over the vehicle, and a ton of dried dirt and some trash in the truck bed. Luckily I returned it in better condition than when I received it. Because of this experience, I will never use uhaul again and I'm very very happy that I never have to go to this redneck gas station again in my life. I regret having chosen Uhaul for this when I should have just rented a truck from Enterprise or Lowes or something.

David F.Called me 2 hours before rental was due, causing and yelling at me say they was going to call the police and have me arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Family member went in and tried saying that was not returning vehicle and left state. Turned vehicle in without using full 100 miles. I use uhaul regularly for my business. I have to move hand made furniture from my home to storage unit. I am debating g on switching to penski. Also I have filed defamation of character lawsuit on said family member. Currently at another uhaul location renting another vehicle. Probably will be my last time. Spoke with penski and they have offered a good deal on pricing.
